Nice demo! My Phantom 4 is only a few weeks old. All firmware, etc is up to date and I have the multi-flight modes selected in the DJI GO app. Recently it started having an issue when I start a flight in P, then switch to S inflight. The drone starts the flight in P as it should, then when switch to sport mode it flies in sport mode as it should. But when I switch back to P during that same flight, rather than flying as if in P, it continues to fly in sport as if the switch was still on S. I have to land and restart the system to get it to fly in P again. It didn't do this at first, only in the last week or so. I haven't had any crashes and all settings are correct. Have you heard of this issue? If so, what do you recommend to fix it?

I wish i had watched your video when I bought m P4 Pro. Had it 2 weeks, got cocky in the back yard and switched to S mode....... well you know the rest of the story. getting it back this week thank god for the insurance. P Mode is my best friend.

+David Edits Another benefit to prevent fly-away when something goes wrong with GPS coordinating.. Say, trees, tall buildings, ocean (reflectivity which bounces radio frequency). Reason why it flies away from Mitch: Wind :)

Just remember, your forward looking obstacle sensors are disabled in sport mode.

I always use P for smooth video, I never use S. Sometimes I use A to go flow with the wind :)

There is a GPS in the drone, it doesn't use the gps of the device ;)
Baptiste , he is talking about follow me mode. of course it needs GPS enabled device.
Amazing how well naza holds its position.
the question i make, in which situations would you rather use the A mode? it doesn't seems too helpful more than risky.

A is the suicide mode, i think it should put a warning on the phone when switching to this mode. I lost 2 drones on that mode.

I use it on my drone as it makes the flight and video smoother (as long as the wind is going in the direction you want)
