@jacobsmith78 This is a water hose used sometimes to reduce the dust when cutting material with the crusher. Depending on the material it is needed to sprinkle water on the area the crusher is working .
I might be assuming a few too many things here, but if the machine's tracks are meant to be retracted only for transport and not during operation, why wouldn't you guys use the same removable track design employed on the PL4611 pipelayer? Especially with all of the dust, debris, and metal that could enter the extendable track system, it would seem like a more robust and cost-effective design than the one used here. It would also lower overall cost of machine by using the same basic design.
