From Rock to Road with Volvo Construction Equipment (Swecon) and Sandvik Mining & Construction

- A video from the machine show at the "From Rock to Road" event at Volvo Customer Center in Eskilstuna, Sweden, 8 october 2010. The event was a cooperation between the Swedish Volvo Construction Equpment dealer Swecon and Sandvik Mining & Construction. Then chain from rock to road was showcased; rock cleaning for drilling, drilling for blasting, feeding primary crusher, rehandling, secondary crushing and screening, road building, planing for paving and finally paving. Drills, crushers, wheel loaders, dumpers, excavators, mini diggers, graders, FMX trucks and pavers were used during the demonstration.
My nephew liked to go insane watching this. I hate it because now he runs around "Road, watch road?" over and over, but it entertains him so thank you for posting it.
Volvo industrial equipment is some of the toughest I've seen. Great video.
