Its not like those in 'management' are concerned about cleaners. Tell them to get it done (with faulty machinery) or sack them! If you want a good job done, here's an idea. Buy new machinery NOT used, NOT refurbished!! NOT last years (2 or 3 years) old model. Get the most modern machine, otherwise you are not doing the job you were paid for.

Yeah,.. I'm not seeing a lot of new or amazing tech here.. Most of the equipment does, (at best) a mediocre job. I also see a lot of worker indifference. With a prevailing attitude of that's good enough. Have to leave some mess or they'll lay me off! Or you have like the underpass scrapper. How often is that needed? Once a month or two? Best machine I've yet seen is a three piece mower for the road cutting. It could cut both sides of the guard rail and had a third piece that sort of weed eater that totally trimmed the posts and mile markers. They have a similar machine in here but the other I saw was a much more efficient design.
