No Yellow Light from Right Turn Green to Red Arrow (Very Unsafe)

Protected right-turn phase transitioning to protected pedestrian phase with no yellow change or red clearance intervals. @ NW Frontage Road & NW Graham Road in Troutdale, OR.
UPDATE: The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has fixed this issue as of July 22, 2024. Apparently, an outdated firmware caused this issue by omitting the programmed "Trail Yellow" and "Trail Red" times.

It also did the same thing on River Road @ TV Highway Intersections. Flashing Yellow Arrow is in the Middle sharing on Steady Yellow. It skipped the Steady Yellow on that Bulb. Very Unsafe.
I already let ODOT know about that Intersection that it needs to be fixed.

Did you call ODOT to fix that Signal of skipping the Yellow Arrow Phase from Green Arrow to Red Arrow? Which is not good at all

Seems like a programming issue with LPI. Needs some additional logic when programming LPI with an overlap phase.
