Epaderm is really good, it helped get rid of my eczema before I turned 12. I used to take lots of steroids when I was little but luckily the doctors put me on a non steroid plan when I was 8. I used epaderm up until I was 14 (I’m 17 now 😭). I have occasional flares but they’re usually very small. All I can say is you’re 100% going to heal, you’ve been so strong and receptive to change. You’re an example that Tsw is different for everyone and that’s amazing. 💕
Hi Remi, I think you are doing the right thing. I've read several times that balancing between drying/moisturizing the skin really depends on the inflammation, like when it's burning and red and hurtful don't apply any moisturizing but when it's fleeky people use to moisturize with natural products as much as possible, and it moisturize better when I exfoliate the dead skin before. It's what I tend to do and it's working for me but you have to find your own balance because everyone is different. Good you got some treatment, I hope you will feel better.
I used steroid cream for my face for a couple of years and when i stopped it a year ago i suffered almost the same, My face is flakey, dry, itchy and reddish and swollen, I just made home medication and luckily it helps me, I got now my face back to normal, I am praying for your Fast recovery🙏🏽
Rinvoq! I've been on it since about October last year! It has worked wonders for me, off the antihistamines, don't need any steriod cream. If I get a rash the dermaveen eczema cream helps to soothe and clear it up over a couple of days. Look after yourself and take it easy.
@@remi.tswjourney Hi Remi, had some minor headaches, which Panadol and water sorts out. Had some weight gain as it can stimulate your appetite. Just try to eat a little extra salad. 😊😊
Keep going Remi. Do what you have to do… as for what your dad says, I believe The Most High Creator heals us and gives us everything we need on this earth to heal. I’ll always advocate for natural healing and I’d read Cleanse To Heal by Medical Medium. I’ve been on cyclosporine and dupixent… not long though because I didn’t like taking pills everyday and hated injecting myself. I pray you get relief sis I’ve been through it too but didn’t have the courage to film it so I really admire and love what you’re doing. You will heal!!!! Xoxoxoox
I also had the fear of the shower bc it hurt and really dried my skin out… I still don’t shower everyday half bc of anxiety and half bc it helps my skin. But it really helped me be grateful for the little things. Look into changing your shower filter. It makes the water less hard and removes chemicals that dry the hair and skin
Have a look at the carnivore diet, or even the lion diet. It has helped so many struggling with this. It can take a few weeks or more before seeing results. You are doing amazing! 😊
I was actually hospitalised having severe eczema in 2020 just before covid hit, it was a living hell, I couldn’t move, couldn’t sleep, so itchy, I wanted it just to end, I did get to see a dermatologist eventually and was prescribed a combination of oral steroids and liquid paraffin cream (which kind of has the consistency of goose fat) but it did eventually get better, don’t feel disheartened that you couldn’t do it naturally, at the end of the day it doesn’t matter how you got there as long as youve reached your destination, much love from all the way in the Uk 🇬🇧
Hi Remi, thank you so much for posting video on tsw. im also currently going through tsw and its the hardest thing ever. there are no one around me that really understand the tsw journey and your videos have been a great source of comfort. anw I've nvr really comment on any videos before but I thought to share an experience with you that I saw on YT: ruclips.net/video/2UBhM8kZgjc/видео.html . I wish for your speedy recovery! This is only temporary, you can do this!
Girl sorry to say this but have you ever thought of cutting your nails very short? Having long nails and it is not good for your itchy skin. I have cut my son nails every second days because i know he will hurt his skin unconsciously
I get my nails done for this exact reason! Having acrylics nails make the tip of my nails very dull and prevents me from damaging my skin. I wouldn’t get it done if it wasn’t for this cos it costs me so much🥺
I don’t use steroid creams and I haven’t gone through TSW but I would recommend using moisturizers that are scent free, and use a humidifier. Through winter your skin will get really dry and a humidifier gives your skin the moisture back. Keep going remi 😊😊

Did you get the Covid vaccine?
I only had the first two!
@@remi.tswjourney That might be the cause! My Eczema is now out of control after getting the shot!
