Hi 👋🏼 You're very welcome 😊 and thank you 😇 That's a good question. When I made it for at home use, it didn't last more than a week in the fridge in an airtight container. I would add the condensed milk and evaporated milk. And then just pour it over ice and add a little bit of water before serving. But when I made it in big batches for my shop, I wouldn't put in any dairy products in until right before serving. And the base tea would only last about 3 days in my shop. This is a safe estimate ☺️ Hope that helps!
Thanks @Lemorn for the feedback! Glad it worked out for you! 😍 Here's a couple of ideas to your question: If you haven't already, I can recommend a single serve of a Dirty Thai Iced Tea recipe that I've made here: ruclips.net/video/lWyMjH7niow/видео.html Perhaps if you're doing the large batch, simply ice up your glass, pour it full of the Thai Iced Tea, and leave some room at the top for some milk and a shot of fresh espresso. Or alternatively if you're going to have an event and you want it pre-made completely... before you put it into your storage jug, measure out however many glass sizes you've made, and decide the strength of the coffee flavour you want, and then multiply that by the amount of glasses you will serve. So if your batch makes 10-glasses. put in 10-shots of espresso and mix it in. Hope all that helps!
I got a question. Is unsweetened condensed milk the same as evaporated milk? I have noticed that some shops sells condensed milk but it isnt sweetened and is more fluid just like evaporated milk but it says condensed.
Good question. According to Google: "Unsweetened condensed milk is a redundant term. It is simply evaporated milk." So... hopefully that gives us an answer really. 😉
@@BubbleTeaKristin ok. In my country they only sell sweetened condensed milk in the supermarked etc. Unsweetened & Evaporated milk is imported and only sell at the asian stores.
If we make the tea over night without the condense milk and evaporated milk and want to add the condense milk and evaporated milk in it the next day for a single cup, how much do we put in for a 24 oz cup? How much evaporated milk and condense milk? Sorry for asking so much questions
Good question. In the description of the video it shows the recipe: Ingredients: ❤️ 100 grams ChaTraMue Original Thai Tea Mix (approx 1 cup or 3.5oz) ❤️ 100 grams of White Sugar (approx 1 cup or 3.5 oz) ❤️ 1.75 Liters of Hot Water (7.3 cups) ❤️ 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk / 397 grams (14 oz) ❤️ 1 can of Evaporated Milk / 170 grams (6 oz) ❤️ Ice to serve ❤️ Milk to serve So I think we can safely say 2.5 litres in total. Because the ice and extra milk is added later. But refer to the video description for more details about the recipe itself! :)
@@BubbleTeaKristin YOU REPLIED!! Your a legend Kristen! Anyway... yes I have the Bossen powder. Not ChaTraMue. I mix with US Boba brand or my handmade. @@ineedstuff8286 oh! Okay. I see. Because TeaZone sells Chicken Brand. If you use it like my recipe, it should be good. Not as good as ChaTraMue original Thai tea mix... The chicken brand is also from Thailand so it's not like It's going to be completely different or anything. 😅 Like they say in Thailand: Same Same but Different. I have a video on my Thai iced tea playlist and it is for If you are going to make it from powder, not thai tea mix but actual Thai tea powder like you would make a taro milk tea with, that kind of powder mix. So maybe you can look at that recipe video for your Thai tea powder mix to see if it will help. Good luck!!! Hiya, Thanks for your comment! 😁 The way I make this drink is following 'Thailand Street Food Style'... meaning they use Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk, and Sugar. 👍🏼 This recipe is tried and true, but I would hope people at home would also feel comfortable to experiment with other options as you mentioned, such as honey, etc. For this though, I would recommend starting with a small batch, opposed to a large party size batch, just in case the outcome isn't the desired final taste. Please do remember also that 'Sweetened Condensed Milk' is just that... milk with sugar added to it. It's delicious, but it does already have loads of sugar in it. So for this recipe, adding honey instead of the white sugar, wouldn't do a huge amount for one's health, as the Condensed Milk already has sugar in it. 😉 If someone wanted to make a single serving of this recipe, they can simply click through the link here: ruclips.net/video/b_KyOA4l4FY/видео.html And if you'd like to use less sugar for the single serve recipe, omit the sugar, as some find the condensed milk is sweet enough for the outcome. Hope all this helps! 👏🏼

Yay!!! You're so welcome 💖🥰👏🏼
OMG!!! I love the fountain 😍 😍 😍 And the part when you were cleaning the counter, I just couldn't stop laughing. You're so funny 🤣
Yessss!!! 🤣 I'm so glad you found that part funny. 😍❤️👏🏼 Next time we hang out, let's throw a Thai Tea party for sure 🥳🥳🥳
This video is awesome! I wanna go to a Thai Tea Party 😂😂😂
One day after all this going on in the world is over... We should all plan a National Thai Tea Day and throw a huge international party 🤣😂🤣😂
I love the fountain! 🎉

Thanks for all your videos, you’re such a gift ! May I ask… howlong can i store this Thai tea preparation in the fridge ? Thx from Belgium

That fountain got a LOT of use in our house 😂

If we make a large batch for our boba store, how long does it last in the fridge? After we mix everything already?
I would give it around a 3-day limit. After that point the taste might change drastically and eventually will become sour and bitter.

How many people does this serve

Refined sugar is a killer. Better to substitute it with honey (divine sweet)
