Physical and mental regulation resonated with me. It reminds me of Seneca's quote, "We treat the body rigorously so that it will not be disobedient to the mind".

What you talk in this video resonates to me as a transparency and lack of communication from the managers. I’m a team leader and questioned similar things from my general manager and the feedback I got if I question this I have no management skills 😑 so I’m a bit confused

Dr Grace, I really enjoyed the clarity of what you presented here, particularly; everyone must commit to performance standards, striving to hold your role so well that you create excess capacity help others... Wow! In a world of just good enough and the quick fix this alone will set you apart. Liked must first learn to regulate oneself too. My admiration and compliments!

Having the ability to control your emotions is very important. Know your trigger and control it. Those take mental strength … use a 10 sec rule.. before you take any actions take 10 sec to think about the consequences

Number one most important contributor to leadership is yourself. If you are a poor leader of you then expecting to lead others is a set up for disappointments.
