Awesome - I have a modded JCW. Any chance you could drive the R56 GP2 and compare? Not as special as the GP1 but it did have a full aero pack including flat underfloors and a working diffuser from Williams Engineering.
Hey @AutoTopNL, can you explain your view on the tyres? I got them installed on my R53 (recommended by a mechanic) and in the 30km that I drove, it felt like the sidewall of the tire was super soft and the steering wheel felt numb. If you don't mind can you explain how the tires felt on your side. Thanks Edit : Those are Dunlops Sport MAXX? after i watched the full video i think we got the same point, i'm pissed bc with my Hankook Ventus the compund felt too hard but was ok.

However i now drive the car now more in dry conditions and on track and i cannot agree more with the statement that this car deserves a nice set of Cup2’s😄
I think it looks ugly. It has so much stuff going on and its so small that it one would easily assume the mods are fake 10$ ebay ones even though they're not

I have seen some cold air intake kits that make it functional
I have a Cooper S r55 and the hood scoop is open, so the engine can get air from the scoop!!
