And what actually is the integrated lufs I don't get how it's different?

Aim for -9 lufs, and integrated means the average lufs of your track

Do what’s right for the music. -14 is the guide for streaming services for the absolute best results. However genres like most of Dance and pop simply need to go much louder.

@TOMETLE you don’t have to at all. It’s just what the services say offers the best final result (well Spotify does) the others have backed off on this.
It was -14 LUFS int across the whole track.
