Superb boys wee tip on the saw easier starting from bottom up. tressles looked a bit high making wee bit awkward on the saw that’s the key on saw having every set so comfortable. 3 foot height without adjusting tressles a would cut from there.
one day you will have a skip next to the building and tell those soldiers to fall in LOL and those corners which is doweling we have some in our old house and they do a smart job . thanks for the video
Bejezus... that looks a messy one, but I'm sure you'll pull it off. As you always do. 💪Respect. Sadly, of the rest of the house... I'd say a simply eBay door purchase is the least of their problems. From what I can see, their electrics look ⚡shocking as too their floor joists & floors. But not your concern... now looking forward to part 2 and more of Alex's new friend 🐶😂
@@SteveAndAlexBuild M8, from what we can see from your video so far.. it look more like a candidate for knocking down and starting again? Also them cracks in the that wall you cut into didn't look promising either. But I'm sure you'll do a great job 👌
Nice work as always fellas. Are the pwners not going to insulate those walls at all? Seems mad to go to all that trouble to bare brick refurb and not insulate, especially with the way energy prices are and will remain for years to come. I know it's not a huge cavity but something is better than nothing I'd have thought. Probably wants external but then it needs fully re-rendering and would be proud of it's neighbours and all that I suppose. Are they maybe having cavity insulation blown in? We really don't seem to pay enough heed to insulating in this country, even now. I work with a guy originally from Bulgaria and he was laughing at how rubbish we are at it compared to the continent, and he's right. Oh well, up to the owners I guess but seems like a false economy to me.
Not being negative but your sound is not good, I can hardly hear Steve describing what is going on so missing a lot of info on what is happening. Otherwise very good job as always

Can I ask what the problem was with the pillar that you showed with the emoji’s?
Thanks for the videos I always enjoy your content.
Yea Phil , it was a bonded pillar as in no thermal or damp break .
Nice and strong but potentially cold and damp 🧱👍🏽
I'll be there...
