Something tells me this lady isn't fit to care for a young child regardless of her foster mom. I'm sympathetic to her because life is tough for most, but children need to be protected and provided a happy childhood in order to have a better chance at succeeding in life. It's a lot harder when you have nothing but bad memories about your youth. I know from experience because my cowardly horrible father would only pay attention to me when he was either yelling at me or taking the belt to me!

Like the protected happy childhood she had? Really hope the babies got a better placement, but not guaranteed unfortunately 😢
