Wow...I feel the first flutter of excitement as the boxes tick.....the Retail price has taken the edge off somewhat but it will still be one to try...if it stops raining.
An excellent choice Teddy, but I'd have to give the edge to the Breitling AVI Ref 765 Re-Edition. The 765 has been called both the "Raquel Welch" because she wore it during her starring role the 1967 film "Fathom" and the Jean-Claude Killy because he wore that model when skiing to 3 gold medals in the 1968 Olympics.
I have always felt Breitling dials were far too busy and messy. This watch is a complete contrast with a clean, beautiful and attractive dial. This is a Breitling watch I want to buy.

They released a red dial limited edition along side the pistachio that no one ever talks about, which I think is the best b09. I've seen this champagne, but I didn't find it compelling.
The movement in this watch looks either dirty or marred. I imagine the crew behind the video doesn't want these close ups to look this way, so I think they either only had access to one of these or all of them were dirty. I've probably seen most of the videos on this channel, and I don't think I've ever seen the case back footage look this suspect, despite this being one of the most expensive watches to ever be shown here.
Nice dial but why do a crocodile strap and line it with calfskin which absorbs sweat ? They should have lined it with rubber in my opinion, that would have been better as that strap will smell bad in no time. Furthermore Breitling is too expense for what you get as these depreciate super fast. At that price point there are better options in my opinion . The nice dial may lure some schmucks in , but not me, nope .

Breitling watches look better nowadays. The Premiere collection is pure class.
