Girl! I thought of you the other day when my husband counted about 32 bottles of hygiene products around my bathtub 🛁!! That’s doesn’t even include the bottles of things I have in the shower! I have the same questions. I lost my older brother last week. He was struggling from addiction for years. Finally got clean for months, got back into his kids lifes, got a job. And on the Sept17th he got a set back because the dealer kept calling and calling. I guess it was laced with something because he got so paranoid and scared that he was looking out his window. He slipped, fell out, hit the railing down below and fell on his head, broke his neck. my moms house is a 3 story house we think he forgot that he wasn't on the first floor. I saw him last a week before. For my neices bday. I do need the lord now, I started reading the Bible and praying everyday 🙏

I have been in a terrible depression / anxiety / rut lately and it’s horrendous. And as hard as it is to admit. I have let my hygiene go pretty bad. I am doing my work trying to get myself out of this - watching her videos makes me remember that I used to be just like her - always into products. Taking care of myself. Showering. Smelling nice was so important to me ! I loved bath and body works. This inspires me to want to be that girl again and I know it will help lift my spirits.

Love your videos. With the shea moisture lotions a little tip. It works if your skin is a little damp. Like out the shower but not fully dried off. On the bottle it says for best results use on damp skin for moisture retention. It really does help. Give it a try. I used to have that same issue where it didn't seem to disappear when I used it. But I tried it does work.

Shaving with coconut oil is amaizing!!! It gives you such a close shave and your legs are sooooo smooth afterwords.
