You may want to see if Mopar still makes the Severe Duty filter assembly for your year model. The whole kit is on Ebay right now for under $60 and comes with all the correct wiring and plugs. I installed one on mine, because people think the filters are too expensive so they stopped buying them. Thing is, You can order Cat filters that are better micron rating and are WAY cheaper. I will come back and list the CAT filter number. Filtration is HUGE factors on our trucks. Also, run sea foam directly in the filter housing, there is a video on YT showing how to do it. It makes a huge difference and is safe to do. I now add that step to my maintenance schedule every 10k miles.
Spend the money and change all your filters every other oil and oil filter change. If you drive in a dusty area chand your air filter every oil change. Along with differentials every 25k to 50k depending on driving habits. Thank me later
