While there we built over 25 C.R's (toilets) and built and repaired many homes and distributed food and other essential items thanks to this youtube channel and the subscribers. Dustin, you should contact your congressman or senator of your State (Wisconsin?). Ask them to contact the embassy and have them accept the certified proof of birth because the Philippine system is slow and broken. If the embassy does not accept what you sent so far and demand the PSA certificate, Everly passport will not be processed until the end of the year. I'm sure your State representative will expedite it

Processing legal paperwork in the Philippines can be very challenging and frustrating because the government staff doesn’t seem to know what really the procedure and that you end up going back and forth. I live in the Philippines that’s why I know about it. I thought they already fixed it but sadly it’s still going on.
What you probably need to do is ask for a written step by step procedure and where you need to go and the corresponding fee for every transaction and ask the name and the position of the person who instructed you that way if it’s wrong you can report it to Tulfo for accountability.
U mean 90% of the time they're on their phone/tiktok so everything process slow? LMAO
I don't think they have any procedures or training and they don't give a shit when they make people go back and forth and wait outside on a very hot weather. So many stupid procedures and stupid workers. When I have to change something on my birth certificate, they made me carry so many documents. After the so called corretions, they actually made new mistakes. Their system is so inefficient. While everywhere else in the world only need one or two ID's, Philippines require you to carry a luggage of supporting documents. Really frustrating to do anything there.
The head of the PSA is always from UP which is the alma mater of the most corrupt people of the Philippines. They are always delaying and making mistakes on purpose. Rectifications of their errors are their only source of funds. The staff at the LGU Office of the Civil Registrar are their cohorts.

I never had any drama getting my sons PSA birth certificate and I'm in a small town in Mindoro. I just needed to wait a month for it to be ready to collect at the local government department in town. Just be aware if you're taking your baby daughter out the country on a USA passport there is extra paper work that needs to be prepared in advance that will be requested by immigration at the airport.
I didn’t know it takes one month for Mindoro to get the authenticated PSA birth cert, for us in Laguna it only takes 3-4 days from Manila and I only pay 2Go via bank/7-11 or gcash machines for it so they deliver it in my house directly.
Dustin is getting a run around with the PSA in Cebu or Toledo. Either the agencies involved do not know what the correct procedures and are using an old system. Very unbelievable on the issues he is facing with obtaining the PSA Birth Certificate. He should ask for a supervisor.

So your daughter is not in the system yet despite of being born a few months ago already. The US passport depends on her PSA birth certificate and SS number. Have you tried applying on line instead? Usually, when you apply for a birth certificate, it only takes 5 days if you live in the city. There’s also an option to have it expedited with a different fee of course. For PSA certificate of a newborn, the waiting time is 4 months so it’s advised to apply after 4 months. The problem with Everly’s situation is she’s not in the system yet. Of when will she be is a matter of months waiting. Can’t do anything if she’s not in the system yet so I would just apply her an expedited PSA birth certificate on line and just wait ‘till it’s released then apply her for a US visa. This way, it’s convenient with less stress and hassle on your part and less expenses by not going back and forth to the city. There’s always time for everything, can’t rush it all up including your travel to the US.
Yes we do need to rush it because Reche’s visa expires in October. We went to two different travel agencies and they said Everly will be denied for a tourist visa because she has an ongoing case with a USA passport and citizenship

They need to have more competent workers doing their jobs. There is no excuse for what they are doing . Everly was born at a hospital in Toledo how in heaven's name they cannot find her records. They are taking you around a mulberry bush and preventing you from completing your lives and your plans. Everly's family in the US are waiting to see all of you. Expediting a birth certificate shouldn't be a difficult task in this day and age.
All Americans shall be prepared EVERLY is coming to town.

Have you tried ordering psa certificate online? When my wife and i were trying to get psa marriage certificate we kept getting the runaround too. We were trying for 3 months and nothing. Ordered online and got it in mail in 5 days.
Thanks , but it will be the same thing they will say that she is not in the system. We are emailing psa headquarters so hopefully that helps.

Also either buy a Vitamin D drops for baby in Phil's or in USA. Changing over environment( weather is more harsh) cold. It's better to prepare yourself a nd baby.
My advice is that once Everly's PSA birth certificate is in their system, you better asks for 3 copies (155 pesos/copy) so that you wont have to keep going back and forth in Cebu. She will get used to it, she is used to being held 24/7 so it is strange for her to do things by herself. She is not moving her legs and feet. Give her a few hand held toys to play with on the tray. There is a doorway bouncer, it's like two springy ropes with a material seat, it resembles a swing but the child bounces up and down with their feet and legs....it saves you holding her constantly while she feels her feet.
So sad for the people who died due to the large boulder falling on them, I hope they find the bodies and condolences to the family concerned....what a shock.

Be sure to check the spelling of Everly’s name and other info for correctness. Remember what happened to Reche.
Never had any problems here with paperwork, immigration, all you have to do is be very understanding and help out buying them lunch, snacks as nobody is considering everyone wants it immediately, be kind they’ve got high pressure jobs.

I hate to say it some PSA officers specially if they find out you are desperately in need of the birth certificate they will try to do everything to extort you for your to pay and have the certificate it's what you call padulas but if it's a local officials any work is done quick those rotten official should all be expose nothing works fast in any government offices unless you pay under the table or else they put your paper way back and sometimes loose it this is just an opinion

On this episode of the Philippines: Dustin started his day eating breakfast while his hunnie bunnie is playing with Everly :P But meanwhile Dustin have to make a long trip back to the PSA :P (Oh boy it's going to be a long day for you my friend :P) As soon he arrived he's hoping to get a PSA :P Then Dustin finished with the PSA documents he has to grab a grub to eat :P (Because as you know it's a long day after the appointment.) They just wanted under the table transaction like Alice Guo,,bit don't do That.. because some employee of Philippine Government is "buwaya" all PSA office can issue Philippines birth certificate.. especially Everly was born in Cebu.. my kids was Born in Manila..I requested PSA back in Iloilo and everything is ok in just 1day of process or just an hour maybe..

She does not need a VISA with a US passport to enter the US.
@@fil-amseniorlife3633 They could have applied her for a tourist visa in the first place as a Filipino and apply for US passport once they are in the US. That’s probably why it took too long for the US passport to be approved. The passport has to be made and come from the US plus she doesn’t have the PSA birth certificate yet.
@@El_.5794 same story with the Filipino passport, still need a PSA Birth Certificate to get one. It will take longer for the VISA with PI passport.

When you do it yourself you will always get run around. Get a lawyer to do all of this for you. It will cost more but will get done faster. Show them your channel and all the good you do, maybe they will give you a discount. I did all the same things you are going through 35 years ago.

There has to be a better process to obtain a PSA Birth Certificate for a newborn. Don't tell me that a newborn cannot travel abroad for at least 6-12 months to wait for a PSA Birth Certificate. Everly is not the first foreign child born in the Philippines that needs a passport asap.

You problem about Everly birth certificate is ask the city Civil Registral office in Toledo City so that you can ask from them advise about your problem.This is the department of the government handling regarding this matter.,also this dapartment who the one entered the baptismal from the church goin in to the system of PSA.
