and railtel is good if you are a long term investor but dont expect more than 10-15% returns on an average

Hello Rachana Madam, for Nureca final subscription figures are QIB 3.10 times , Non Institutional: 31.59 times. Seems like me they have gone through your basic of stock market series of lectures. And keeping investments in IPO on last day only. As you educated us the allotment of IPO happens on lottery system. So does it make sense to to look at subscription of QIB, NII for first couple of days? - Ram Deshpande

Railtel cause it's safe with or without bumper listing .. IRFC didn't give any listing gains but it's dividends are coming ..4% interim dividend within 30 days of buying is quite good I would say
