I hope the final episode of season 3 doesn't have a big final battle where heroes from other universes team up. Each episode should be its own thing without any connections and no main character except maybe the watcher. But they just fumbled it completely by making all the episodes have to connect together instead of just doing a pure anthology series. I want to see Namor get his own episode. Not just because he’s one of my favorite characters (so a teensy bias 👀) but I feel like with all the new characters that the MCU is introducing, what if…? would be a great way to get the audience more attached to these newer characters without the hassle of forcing them into projects. While my main example was Namor, this also applies to Shang Chi, Moon Knight, She-Hulk (who I think was a great character with a bad show), Ironheart, etc. These would all be good characters to put in a what if…? Episode, allowing viewers to grow a better connection to them.
