Hey Sjoerd. I just saw your channel and love it. I don't even have a camera! I am wondering that what if you use negative fill for your left side for IKEA setup? It may help with the shadows and shaping more dramatically, right?

Absolutely, if you use neg fill it will drastically create shape. The reason I did not, was because I dont have the space to set it up😂. Check my studio video and you’ll know what I mean!

Hey, I was just wondering, what is the benefit of the lighting itself? because a lot of what I saw about the defusion and the shape of the light you could get using the same defusion for both, am I right?

Absolutely. Cheap light has strong color cast and harder to control. Its all about ease of use

Did you have any way of regulating the intensity of your old IKEA light setup?

In this case I did not. I matched my other light to have the same intensity. Though, there are many dimmer options from Ikea, so that is no problem :-)
