Thank you, very much. Double check that your headset is not powered off, or the Device will not show up on your oculus app, on your phone. The Device button was within the Menu folder, on my phone.

if the developer mode doesn't appear at first, try to close then reopen the oculus app, it worked for me !!

You dont actually. You just need to plug your headset into your computer and boom, free modding access. Dev mode was never required for that.
