Have fun David! As a moroccan i would like to advice you to check the prices first when you order food, and if you're fed up with eating tajine and couscous, moroccan cuisine has so much more to offer. If you want to take a break from moroccan cuisine, there's anything you're craving for (American fast food, asian, french, italian etc.) . And my final piece of advice, take lots of anti-diarrhea pills with you. Especially if you intend to eat watermelon, and salads. Always add lemon juice to your salads, or ask for vinegar. Not trying to scare you. Again, have fun!
@@anonymousanonymous8255 Hi, thanks for advice. A quick question. I'm staying at a Riad in the Medina, but I would like to get out of the tourist area for a day, see how real Moroccans live. What area should I head to?
@@davidnash8711 I would recommend that you visit the small but old towns there is a multitude of beautiful forts in the south or tag along the Coastlines, northern Mediterranean coasts are amazing with small villages and breathtaking views here and there !
This is one of the best depictions of Morocco I've seen. You went outside the tourist zone and got to know this amazing, beautiful country on a deeper level. That's where it's at!
As a Moroccan, I'm very happy to see someone who presented my country in the best way possible, thank you and I wish you happiness and success in your journey
i have been to Agadir and Essaouira (a friend of mine went before and recommended it to me) and i can tell Moroccans are really the nicest people i have ever meet. Essaouira was the most healing experience of my life!! i liked how people really treaded me normally, like i'm just a regular citizen, no scammer, no weird looks, nothing at all. The city felt soo raw, like you can literally smell the sea everywhere you goes. the traditional port and fishing, make you connect even more with the sea and see how grateful and precious those people treated it. most of all, what i loved is how secure i felt wherever i went. an experience i want to live again definitely.
You hit the target Bro.. Morocco is more than a place to visit it’s a whole life to live and experience.. Welcoming you anytime and see you soon 🇲🇦❤️🇲🇦

What a beautiful way to pay homage to such a beautiful part of the world 🌍. Morocco is one of my favourite places to visit. I have been there three times already. I just recently been to Morocco 🇲🇦 I went to Essaouira (on a photography workshop) which I absolutely loved. The photography in Morocco is endless, so much to see. I will be going to Morocco again, back to Marrakesh (where I first visited Morocco) but for a longer stay, and of course doing lots of photography, then hopefully 🙏🏽 go to visit and see Fez later in the year. I have watched your previous videos and I like your honesty about the places that you have been to in Morocco. It is heart felt ☺️ keep up the good work. 👍🏽
This is so beautiful, maroc is so beautiful full of colours and cats and alot of marhabas is so gigantic awesome I think is literally rainbow🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😁🇲🇦❤️🌹
Great video. But there is still more to see and explore. Morocco is not only tagines, sound and smell. It’s the land of many kings and riches, a great land with history, diverse culture, rich cuisine and amazing people. Your video hasn't done justice to the land of many facets with its glorious history and its people. Long live Morocco glorious and free. Cheers!
You are welcome bro ! Thank you for your kind words and your gesture to show to to the world a glims of what Morocco andn true Moroccans are ! See you soon !
Morocco is the best, generosity and welcoming of the people, more than 3000 years of civilization and history, incredible handicrafts, the most beautiful nature in North Africa, the best infrastructure too, you can found the desert, mountains and valleys, and more than 3500 kilometers of sea an ocean...and finally one of the best food in the world, when you found all this in one place, so you have to know that is my country : The Kingdom of Morocco.
You should absolutely visit morocco once again, you have no idea what you missed in your trip still 😅 I live in chicago and I definitely got homesick watching your channel 😅😅
You’re absolutely right and this video hopefully gives people just a glimpse of what’s outside of the tourist areas. I’ve been coming to and from Morocco from the US for 5 years (I’m originally from California), it’s like my second home. Once you learn how to navigate the “scammers” and people constantly trying to sell you something in cities like Marrakech, you will truly see the hospitality of Moroccan people. Even in Marrakech. I’ve spent a lot of time with my adoptive family in the south, near Zagora, and they are some of the most beautiful, kind, genuinely welcoming people I’ve ever met. I’ve been to 34 countries and I’ve met a lot of kind people. But Moroccans are truly special. Great video!
Wow I’m literally crying thank you so much for these kind words actually it still too many things to learn about morocco 🇲🇦 people in Marrakch are the kindest they are just misunderstanding by tourists and for the berber region u still need to visit the deep ones (tafraout /tiznit/taroudant….because in Morocco we have three kind of Amazigh/Berber people the ones in the north riafa and the atlasi in the Atlas area and sousi in south )where u will see the traditional women wearing amazigh clothing and jewelry also the food

this is the best way to describe morocco, as a moroccan myself, i've found it hard to describe this beautiful country to foreigners on the internet that ask me if they should visit and how it's like, you've visited many places and there's waaaaaaay more to visit, next time visit tangier and ifrane, espescially ifrane, it's a city in the mountains, very famous and a fairly big tourist attraction center, famous for the old lion stone statue carved by hand, but my advice is don't spend much money there, as the shops there know tourists come there a lot, so they higher the prices, i live in a city close to ifrane called azrou, it's a medium to small sized city, very nice people, and calm, but you wouldn't find much of the cultural traces here, there's much more to visit, perhaps i can write another comment when i've gathered all the beautiful places i've visited and put them in a list, next time somebody asks me to describe this country i will send them this video.

I hope you would be able to peel more layers of Morocco's identify. It's truly a maze . I'm in awe of your courage of going through this adventure alone . I'm looking forward to your next visit. Welcome to the 2nd oldest kingdom in the world after Japan . Really nice video bro , PS the real beauty of Morocco isn't food, landscapes etc . it's people, we are very friendly and helpful and I think you have expected this by yourself ❤️ Again Thanks for the awesome video.
I just want to pinpoint something. Berber people don't live in the country side only. In fact, All the Moroccans are amazighs aka berbers. Some of us got arabized and embraced the arabic culture and the other half still preserving their real identity which is the amazigh culture. I think this what makes Morocco different than any other country in the world, diversity of cultures. Welcome to your home brother 🙏.

Thanks so much for the support! Morocco is a special place!
Thanks for sharing Reda!
Thanks you very much bro 💞
