Yes, this one is a customized build, so a little different in a few places from the Birmingham Model. They will probably wait for a standard model to be completed and get interior photos then. The exterior photos of this one are on the website, on the Birmingham page.

@@ktk2094 - The modifications are inside. The Model Home has stairs with a more natural rise, so it's easier to get up and down them. It also has a full height, 2' wide closet in the Master tucked under the top stairs, and a larger vanity and sink in the bathroom. You can see these in the floor plan on the website.

These things are unfortunately unpredictable, but all of the homes that have been offered for resale, have sold the same day or next day. The demand for a prebuilt home is huge.. So don't worry, ITH won't be left hanging. One of the resale homes.. An ESP 10x20 even sold 15 minutes after the video was uploaded.. And had multiple people looking to get it.. So the demand is there..
I love this floor plan for the Birmingham. A) I would need a bedroom on the first/main floor but B) I want the stackable w/d to not be in the bedroom. Love what ITH, Randy, Amanda, Tom, Ace, and the whole crew are doing. Keep up the good work, stay positive! You all are giving hope to a lot of people who cannot afford a $500,000 home or $1k+ per month rent plus utilities. Thank You. 🙏❤️🙏
It could be open shelving, with the barn door butting up to it, or it could have the barn door as it's cover, and shelves exposed when bathroom door is closed.. Or it could have its own doors as a cabinet. I suggest open shelving, with no shelves.. Folks can install themselves, and if installing shelving, suggest front edge of shelves be recessed enough to add cabinet doors later,nso barn door could clear past cabinet doors if needed.
You guys are doing a great job informing yet entertaining your audience / buyers, and potential customers. Great job on the home builds as well as changes in the company
TOM... hey Tom, that 3 foot closet in the bathroom looks like it would be more serviceable if accessed from the "hallway" (on the 3 foot side), across from the kitchen versus accessed from the bathroom( on the 1 foot side)

She described Buffalo Creek, as being in the holler, just behind the current mountain development, and I would add, with its own private entrance, on industrial road, just past the main driveway for the mountain development
This is a nice home but that bathroom in the kitchen is just awkward! I'd reconfigure the floor plan to split the kitchen making it more of a galley style and then you could move the bathroom further back, outside the bedroom. Just a thought. Thanks for the tour.
It's a nice layout. I think the bathroom sink could be bigger; I used one of those small sink at a hotel in Japan, and it just wasn't practical. I also think the bathroom should have a regular door or at least a door that will have a tighter seal when closed.
You guys do such a great job. You really need to figure out how to add cabinets to the kitchen. Everything is just about perfect but the kitchen. I really think you need to cut down on living room. You can't entertain in your living room if you can't make food in kitchen due to no room for storage. Doesn't make since. I hope Randy makes it home safe and sound.
Remember the Nautical Wave house with the L shaped kitchen adjacent to the living room in an L shape? Much more efficient use of space. There are no upper cabinets. Where are you supposed to put dry goods? I so much prefer a U , L or true galley style kitchen.
It's clearly designed for use as a rental on Air B&B or VRBO. Typically folks go out to eat a lot of the time when visiting the area and really don't need much storage space, pantry or alot of kitchen, bathroom & bedroom storage. As it is it could easily sleep 6 If you have a sofa bed in the living room.
Simply wonderful! I love this home and craftsmanship of the Amish appears gorgeous 😍. It would be helpful to hint at a range of costs though to see if a purchase could ever be seriously accomplished.
Correct. This was customized for the original owner, so the stairs in THIS one are taller than normal, but you could modify them pretty easily by adding boxes on the right side to make each rise half as high. By adding the half rise boxes on one side, you quickly learn to step very intentionally and have a natural rise in less space... something you see sometimes in boats.
Are any of the lots in the Forrest available? I understood from videos of people living there at the time of the video some were moving to the Mountain. So, are their lots available?

Incredible tiny homes are just lovely 😍🌹. I L💖ve the bedroom down stairs & up stairs loft over bedroom to sleep 😴💤. Also, Bathrooms big closet is perfect size for all little odds & ends. 💕😍👍🇺🇲
I'm all about the kitchen. This one is not big enough. So I would make the loft my bedroom, put the bathroom in the very back and make the kitchen larger. Beautiful workmanship!
I want to know why all these houses are built in record time, but I have been waiting three years. I ordered my house in March 0f 2020. Fully paid! But I am still waiting February 2023.
Yes I have several times. It was started by the Amish June of 2022. But was not built as ordered. I said I wanted my money back. Randy promised to fix what was wrong in September, and it would only a few more weeks. Here it is February 2023. I have not heard anything.
I thought the living room seemed to be closed in so I went back to the drawing and saw that the bay window was the extra 2 feet. I would rather just have a picture window and put the 2 feet back into the home. This is really a 32 foot home with a bay window
Yes Rose, I would like the extra 2' in the living room also. I like the 5 'x 8' picture windows from custom orders (6/2021) I ordered one for my tiny $1700 but it was lost due to changing to a model home.
I think the Amish are good carpenters, they have good craftsmanship skills !!! 👍🙂

With all the space in the bathroom I find it strange that the sink/vanity is so small. It looks weird to me. I like a lot of it but not that.

You are sooo right! Living room can easily lose a few feet in order to pay much needed attention to the kitchen!
