I've never had the 7 pro to compare, but just wanna say that the 8 pro is really great when it comes to stick handling, too. Also very easy and smoooth to catch a pass with it as well. Things feel effortless with this stick!! Loving it so far!
I find the dual feel blade is meh. Feels a bit too pingy vs the predecessors. My fave trigger is still the 4 pro. Don't get me wrong. 8 pro is a nice stick but I don't think paying the extra $ is worth it over the 7 or even 6 if you can find them
Excellent format, covers all points, thanks! Since several months ago Sherwood Element One was your absolute champion, could you please compare Sherwood Rekker Legend Pro vs CCM Ribcor Trigger 7 Pro?
@@HockeyTutorialOfficial Chris, are you still planning to compare Sherwood Element One (Tom's absolute champion few months ago) and CCM's vs Ribcor Trigger 8 Pro ?
Would like to see blade tech go up against no name , custom hockey sticks , other not big hockey brands . See if not do big company brands do have quality sticks that can compete against big brands
Stick shot power test, trigger 8 hyp2rlite ft6 and maybe the rekker legend pro....see which new sticks perform best where **edit*: bring the bladetech stick too for comparisons sake
I was actually expecting more of this review. Yes, you went over the specs and stated the differences, but where's the actual response to the various shot types? Where's the evidence of abuse in games or whether it holds up for practicing clappers? What I'm after is footage where you're basically just switching between the sticks, taking shots over and over, and talking about the differences in feel etc. What's presented here is basically nothing more but a glorified commercial; sorry, but it is what it is and you can do so much better.
We make videos too, we get asked to summarise and make them shorter. We can’t make everyone happy but all the points are covered. It’s a better stick overall, in every aspect. When any brand does well, we say it. When they don’t.. we say it. trigger 8 pro is a better vs the 7 pro 🤷🏾♂️ I covered the spec changes. Tommy covered what he felt on the ice. Sometimes.. the marketing statements are true. Sometimes they aren’t. We are always blunt and will continue to be. Hope this helps
Maybe instead of making new videos you could make sure that customers get their products they have ordered and paid for. I've been waiting since february and still haven't got my products. This is an incredible bad customer service.
Wait 3 months for the trigger 9 to come out then buy the 8 😂
💀💀💀
It’s been 5 months cuh

I just got a trigger 8 pro intermediate. I’m loving it.
Could you please do ft6 pro vs the trigger 8? Your videos are very helpful!
smart move with putting the hockeywraparound on the stick for the off-ice use!

The dual blade is a tad of a throw off for stick handling. Used the Trigger 8 and it felt great for control. Trigger 8 pro is off slightly for feel
Bro i feel like he always says the newest stick is aaaaaminzinggggg like its just the same the only thing is the weight
Excellent format, covers all points, thanks!

Done done. Thank you 👍🏾🙋🏾♂️❤️
Should be legend pro vs the 8 pro now though. I'm curious if the jump in weight on the legend pro is noticeable.
@@JC27813 my bad, of course I meant Legend Pro vs Ribcor Trigger 8 Pro - thanks !

You should do trigger 8 pro vs ft6 pro vs AS-V pro
Where dose the new Sherwood rekker stack up against the trigger8 pro dual kick point vs low kick point ???
i have the trigger 8 pro and the buaer ag5nt .witch one do you like more?its so hard to decide for me.
I’m and the Ag5nt and it broke 1 day after the warranty

Sherwood rekker legend pro vs the trigger 8 pro?
My daughter is very happy with the Trigger 8 pro because it is more bling bling and very light.
Can you review the proto r stick?
ive had 3 break on me already
Trigger 8 Pro vs FT6 Pro plzzz
Also I’m curious about the FTGhost
Maybe that video on the 👻 is already done 🤷🏾♂️
@@HockeyTutorialOfficial would love to see it out soon, it’s gear season and I’m lookin to see what’s the best on the market
Bauer Proto R stick review?
Stick shot power test, trigger 8 hyp2rlite ft6 and maybe the rekker legend pro....see which new sticks perform best where
**edit*: bring the bladetech stick too for comparisons sake
Great idea! With a new radar gun yeah ?
@HockeyTutorialOfficial theres a new radar gun?! Sweet old vs new radar gun too thats an extra vid right there👍🏾😂😂
I have two sticks Trigger 8pro but they have different weight. One have 380g and the other have 401g . How it is possible ? 🤔😁 does anyone know why?😅
They're probably different player levels. One might be intermediate and the other could be senior.
CCM needs to chill out on releasing new sticks. The Trigger 7 barely came out, and now there’s already an 8 💀
fr. literally like the iphone

These sticks are too expensive for ppl in need league lol. I got the ccm AS 570 the other day
Wait, why is Tommy rocking Cats in one clip and FT6 in the next lol
GREAT now i gotta buy another stick
maybe one day I can buy a stick over $150 lol.. love the way it looks
Isn’t really any point depending what league you play in. You’re not gonna become a better player
@@jmoriarty8000 its the look and feel and not thinking the stick is gonna make someone a better player
I hope you looked after that junior goal outside! 😂

So the ribbing increases the pleasure of the stick! Check! 😂
But seriously… another great review… I just could resist a little “ribbing” 😇
Either could I 😂😂😂😂😂
