Have you tried running all plates in series with AC + a diode bridge? ( equal aprox 150 VDC ) Higher energy gas but also, possibly more corrosion due to current leakage (plate edges ) Pumping the electrolyte through the cell eliminates or mitigates this problem.
I have two questions: 1. Why do you use two different types of gaskets? I notice that you use O-rings in the middle section, but flat sheet gaskets near the ends. Why not just use one type of gasket all the way through? 2. I notice that you orient your plates with three different orientations. One seems to go to the negative terminal, one goes to the positive terminal, but three between them are not connected. What is the reasoning behind this design decision?
Me parece que hay que cambiar la configuración de Las placas, principal mente las neutras. Tiene que a ver 2 voltios entre placas. Y más placas negativas, que són Las que generan el hidrógeno. Las positivas generan el oxígeno. De esta forma. N nnnnnn P nnnnnn N ...
سلام استاد استاد سوالی برام پیش اومد که اوم میله سمت راست من بدون عایق وهمه صفحات فلزی رو بهم اتصالی میده وسوال دیگه ایا ماده ای الکترولیت که حداقل رسوبات داخل صفحات را به حداقل برسانه ودر ضمن سرعت واکنش رو با ولتاژو امپر کنترول کنه چه ماده ای بهترین برایند رو ایجاد میکنه
Hello, the boards are mostly easy to clean, the usual terminals are reversed and they mostly clean themselves. I would never store this gas in a large quantity, I broke a few windows at the beginning of the experiments

use brass rods for power connectors brass conducts better steel gets hot and is a resistor.

I use potassium hydroxide flakes. in this generator, the plates are made of stainless steel 304, but deovic et uses 316L
