    Sir, at 16:16, I think metastable is the region where curvature is less than 0 and unstable is the region where curvature is equal to 0. Curvature more than the 0 is the stable region sir because it is the minima. Pls confirm sir.

      In G vs x graph ( for omega > 0) There is a region between G’'= 0 and where it's stable(I.e G''>0), that is metastable. And the region G"
