- Pipkin rabbit, a free range rabbit / free roam rabbit wakes up his owner! Pipkin rabbit somehow knows when it's time to get up, and loves acting as a rabbit alarm clock. The girl is sleeping but, at the correct time, the indoor rabbit jumps on the bed and wakes up his owner by giving rabbit kisses and rabbit licks. Who doesn't like a funny animals waking owner video / pet waking owner video?
This is Pipkin rabbit's morning routine. The pet bunny rabbit comes up on the bed to wake up his owner, usually 2 to 3 minutes before her alarm. The rabbit wakes up the girl by hopping over her head, and licking her face. The rabbit also enjoys nuzzling her face.
The rabbit also hops up on the bed at bedtime to say goodnight and give a kiss, before going to bed himself. The girl always goes to sleep before the rabbit, so the rabbit usually comes up on the bed after she is asleep. The rabbit wakes up his owner because he likes to say goodnight to the girl. The rabbit will then try and get a pet - if he sees an exposed hand or even an exposed leg, he will try to nestle underneath it, to simulate petting. The rabbit gets his kiss, says goodnight, and then lays down at the end of the bed, guarding the girl. Waking up his owner, in the morning or at night, is one of the rabbit's favorite activities. :)
The free roam rabbit likes coming up on the bed every morning and every night. The free range bunny will then sometimes leave again and go eat hay. Other times, the rabbit will explore the bed. Other times the rabbit lays down and goes to sleep.
For background, the free range rabbit comes up on the bed every night. If it's a good night, the rabbit will nuzzle and burrow under his human's hand or leg, and just go to sleep. Most of the time he won't even wake her. (Except for that one time he did a rabbit freaking out in the night video!) If it's a bad night, the rabbit will jump all over the human, begging for food, until she gets up and gives him a snack. By then she is usually quite irritated, so she closes the door to the bedroom so the rabbit cannot immediately run back in and repeat the same process over again as soon as he finishes eating. :) One time the rabbit freaked out in the night, which we also captured on video.
We always get asked if Pipkin is the rabbit in the waking a sleeping rabbit with an air horn video and the waking a sleeping rabbit with a firecracker video. Yes, he is!

Baby gates work for cats just as well as for babies. My two are 13 pounds each and would wake me up every time they jumped on and off the bed. Baby gate 42” high solved that problem nicely.

@@Pugkin5405 it's actually different from their regular poop. Google "cecotropes" and that's what bunnies eat. My friend and I have bunnies and we giggle about it all the time 🐰
@@thecartercrew3725 as long as it comes out from where poop comes from, it's close enough for me to call it poop. My brain can't remember that and would always come up with cecotropes = poop even if they were different things
@@Pugkin5405 I study paleontology as a hobby and I've actually got earrings made from fossilized turtle poop. They're millions of years old and my friend won't touch them. The weirdo.
The way he sits by the door at first is so cute. You can tell he's thinking things out.
that's why we have to feed them like this: he had other bunnies attacking the fences when the feeders came.

I had a black rabbit named Tuck who wouldn’t let me sleep! He’d leap onto the bed at night and nudge my hand with his little head to tell me he needed his head rubbed. If I stopped petting him, instead of taking the hint, he’d just nudge some more.

They need to be seen by an exotic vet. You can’t take them to your regular dog and cat vet. Join the House Rabbit Society and get involved with a local rabbit group near you. They can help you with discounted food and general advice and knowledge. And, of course...find yourself a rescue rabbit!

He's very polite and waits until you wake up before going near your face to nuzzle. A cat will wake you by softly batting your face with his paw or meowing. A dog will wake you by licking your face, barking, or sometimes shoving you awake! That bunny is the gentlest alarm clock ever.
This could mean 2 things:
A. Pipkin is the owner's personal alarm clock, giving her a proper sleep schedule.
or
B. Pipkin is the owner's sleep paralysis demon.

Pipkin couldn’t reach the cauliflower that he planned to surround you with. So he got the grapes but then he ate them all. Nonetheless, I still would like to be alarmed by a cute bun bun in the morning.

I’ve love it when Pipkin pauses to consider an idea or thought and perhaps also the best way to approach it. It is so cute because you can literally see his little rabbit wheels upstairs turning as he works through the problem. This might be pipkin at his absolute most adorable as he is so smart and cuddly all at once. Just as cute though is how quickly he sprints into action once the decision is made. Which is what we should all do. Carefully consider all options and potential moves, and once the decision is made - BAM - execute forthright without doubt or hesitation! Pipkin Life Coach?

Awwww. This is how my B&W cat 'wakes me up' in the morning. She patiently waits for me to start waking up, and then she nudges my hand for pets. After a few minutes getting pets, she jumps off the bed to let me know she's ready for breakfast. Animals are the best.

I love animals and I've had a few, but sometimes It still amazes me to see a pet who has so much trust on his owner.
This is the perfect example: a rabbit. They are skittish by nature, Im used to see them allways alert, allways flinching and ready to jump... Jet this one patiently waits for his Human to streatch and get closer, moving the huge blanket and making a lot of noise. And then hops arround the bed to get closer, curious for her.
To me its fascinating to watch. Its the type of thing that appears in disney movies

yo i kinda had a very similar thing happen to me but not so much in a cute way, and with my old hamster. her cage was all the way downstairs, but she always knew how to break open and escape. one morning i was laying in bed (and this is when i was getting a new bed and sleeping on my mattress on the floor of my room) and i was awoken by the feeling of something moving all over my stomach fast. it felt like someone was doing the spider with their hand up and down my stomach lightly. so i kinda moved a bit but kept my eyes closed tired thinking it’s nothing but then i felt it on my leg and my eyes just flew wide open and i was like WTF, then i sat up and looked at my legs and nothing was there ??? so i laid back down paranoidly only to feel something on my forehead this time and so i screamed and saw a white fluff going down my face abd realized it was my hamster crawling on me SJSJS then i laughed and gave her a hug and took her back to her cage and we got her a new one that day but it was WILD like ?????? how did it travel from downstairs to my room?? and why directly on me?? my parents always say it’s bc she rlly liked me which warms my heart she was my bb

@movingonandup773 Well, if you're going to be a pet owner, gross things are going to happen. Like being a parent. Babies are gonna have accidents. Rabbits, no matter how trained will just poop some times. If that's something someone cant handle, they either dont need to be a pet owner or get easy to care for fish.

Same. And they're one of the most abused and neglected domestic animals in the world. Humans mistreat them in anything from "scientific research" to "meat production." Or they get one as a pet and either don't care for it properly or neglect it when they lose interest.

I hade an Hollandeise Bunny 🐰 before her name was Millie. Unfortunately I didn’t had the same lucky Millie grow up with anxiety we are doctors we spend the day out working most nights too and she stay alone at home. She become very aggressive biting BUT every morning she come under the bed kindly to wake us up and jump in the bed was the only time she’s was kind to us. Millie lived 12 years ! It’s a big lucky to get a docile bunny that don’t bite your fingers out.
