When I was first introduced to her, I was suffering from depression and she never left my side. she was total therapy for me and really helped me to relax, animals, just because they can't talk, are in a lot of ways, like us and can be amazing companions, without judgment.
@CHOW XIN TIAN, PINKY They are house pets and should be let out most of the day. Lets put you in solitary confinement and let you out 1 hour a day like they do in prison.
Bunnies are the most amazing pets. You come to realize this when you get one. They definitely change the way you look at rabbits , they do turn your life upside down in a very positive way. LOL They are smart, clever , curious, playful, affectionate and loving. If bunny feels protected and loved- expect endless kisses and constant sleepovers .They know every member of the family ( they are not the best choice of a pet for small children) and will protect you from someone unknown to them enters the house . Easily trained, easy to litter train . They will test you for the first few months, they will want to try to chew things (just like dogs do for the first year and if you are ok going through this stage with a dog then it is well worth going through the same stage with a bunny) - but if you protect wires ( bunny proof) and have plenty of cardboards, egg containers and hay - your house should be fine😂. If you give enough attention and spend the same amount of time as you would with a cat or a dog you will get a really amazing pet. But if you keep your bunny pet in the cage locked up -don’t expect much. The saddest part is that Rabbits ( and other animals) are the most abused animals in the world. You come to realize - that there is no way in the world you will even consider buying rabbit meat , rabbit meat is no longer part of your diet, and rabbit fur - forget about it. You even stop buying slippers which have rabbit’s fur Pom poms. And at the restaurant if you see rabbit’s stew on the menu you get this lump in your throat and want to vomit. Yes! This is how it is. Ask any bunny lover! I can relate to this wonderful man and know exactly how he feels about rabbits . We lost a beautiful bunny boy two months ago , he can never be replaced . These angels leave a huge imprint on our hearts. And Our household will never be the same🐇♥️💔

Thank you for your deep insights. I must admit as a fanatical animal lover and voice for animals, I never even thought of a bunny as an indoor house pet, and it would break my heart to see them trapped in outdoor cages, so vile to cage any animal for your own entertainment or novelty or whatever. Even worse for food. I live rural and have three indoor/outdoor cats that hunt rabbits and that is heartbreaking to witness. Thanks for broadening my horizon about these delightful beings.
@@hunterowl1756 yep , they're vicious ;V , but really, they do, they also jump around when really happy , kicking at the air , they're wonderful pets (if you get past the smell of their poop and piss but cats also have that i think, any pet does really xD)
There is something about seeing a man caring an gentle with animals that just melts my heart..that rabbit is so cute..ive never seen a rabbit so friendly
Well, cause there are a lot of people who have never had pets and have never seen how an animal behaves first hand. It's easy to think one way or the other, but it's hard to imagine an animal having any feelings when all you've got are the animals in your backyard, and the animals you want to stay out of your house. There's not really a ton of opportunity to get to know them, now is there? I suppose they could say the same thing, that they don't understand why animal lovers insist that animals have so much feelings, but at least they have the excuse that they've never had a pet before. That being said, I had a lovely dog, and yes, I do believe animals have feelings!
Rabbits are actually so amazing.. I never really understood that until I got one. They are actually tame and love cuddles and playing with you once they build that bond with you. Each one have their own personality and it's beautiful once you get to understand that. And Happy Father's day to all the dads out there :)
The Caribbean Gypsy you're SO right!! They're amazing companions!! While my nephew was in the children's hospital waiting on a new heart I bought him a rabbit to love on when I wasn't there he fell in love with Charm and I really do believe Charm is the reason he fought so hard and made it to the day he received his new heart..they're still best buds to this very day
he is king yes you can. Once you have an area for them to poop n pee then they will always use there and u can clean it every couple days. I use wood shavings but I've heard you can also use kitty litter. They can be a bit mischievous biting furniture and clothes etc. But you can check Google for ways to help them pass the time with toys for when they get bored. Mines is in my room. I built and indoor house area for him with 2 levels and an area in there for him to mess. He's very clean.
For everyone hating on him for saying "it's just an animal" he probably was never around animals growing up. Most people don't know what it's like to have a pet, especially if you were attached to your first pet (like Sean was in the video) you'd never want another pet. When I lost my chihuahu I swore off dogs and did everything I could to not get close to another animal because it hurt so bad.
How did you get to be so cool? People are too literal at times: he said he lost his street cred in jest. It was an obvious joke, as he clearly loves his rabbits.
My dad had multiple pets and still had that "It's just an animal" mentality. Legit he would do things that put our family pets in harms way. He let my sisters cat all the time and when he got run over he legit said "It's just a cat." So it's not always the case with people who say that. I am just thankful that this man realized that animals do have feelings. XP
@TheGodEmperorofMankind Yeah for real.. I mean if they dont like them because of a phobia ok but ppl that HATE animals... like, wtf went wrong with their Brain.
I do! Hahahha. If my pet gets sick I spend as much as the vet asks for. And people are like wtf $1000 for a quail. Life span is 3yr average. I'm just like stuff you. Not spending your money why do you care.
Well. Yea! I am mammal, so are you. We belong to the animal kingdom, the homo sapiens, that means hominidae sapient. Part of the family of the apes. That we have a name and 1700cc brain capable of extremely distinct personalities does not mean we arent animals bottom line. So, I get it. You know is 'not just an animal' means every creature is its own, but it is still an animal. So, no reason to become upset because the meaning is not what you want it to be.
@k & p certainly the cockiest type of animals. I don't think there is a high or a low form. Is an ant or a flee a low form? The ant can lift 6 times its weight and a flee can jump higher than a human can (6 meter). They're different not better or worse, higher or lower.
@k & p i'm not sure about that. Look what humans do to our blue planet which belongs to all lifeforms and we all belong to earth. We owe our existence a happenstance which ocurred 65 million years ago. Which killed the dinosaurs that roamed the earth waaaaaay longer than the humans. On a clock by comparison the Anthropocence is the smallest of all geological eras with just 3 seconds. In these 3 seconds humans happen to change 75% of earth's surface and do a lot damage. Look at our seas! By 2050 more plastic than fishes will swim in the seas.
They're actually really engaging, playful, a sense of humor, very smart, good companion. My bunny went fast too, lethargy, stopped eating, called vets no one treated bunnies and shortly after stu was gone. Heartbroken.
Definitely. And loving animals means that you would never want to contribute to their suffering or death. Expand your compassion to ALL animals, each one an individual, and be vegan. 🌱💞🌱

Rabbits are as amazing as dogs or cats. They have their own personality, they love playing with us, sleeping with us and they just want a comfortable life. My bunny is already seven and a half years old, he is with me since 2011. He is the sweetest pet who I ever met in my life, He is so special for me. But now He is sick and I have to take care of him more than usual, but I wont left his side just because he isn't a young, and healty pet right now. I just love him too much to do that.
💙 I never really thought a bunny could have a personality either until I got my sweet rabbit Thumper! He was a baby when I first had him, and I’ve loved him for three years so far! I’d hold him whenever I had the chance. He was inside at first, but when he got old enough, my parents said he had go outside. So now Thumper has his own little pen outside our house and I go out to play with him all the time! He has an attitude, that’s for sure!😂 He hates it when I fill up the holes he digs and literally pushes my shoe away from the hole.😂 But he’s an absolute angel when he wants to be. I usually go out around the afternoon and I sing to him and he falls asleep. It’s so sweet!😊 Sometimes he just plops over.😂 My favorite part is when I lay down next to him and pet his cute little head. Thumper and I have a strong bond, just like you guys.😄 He’s potty trained too!😂
We had a rabbit.we loved him a lot,but he was a handful. He ate through 2 new VR ‘s. He ate a tv cable,Nintendo switch wire. He also ate the freezer wire. He was lovely, but we couldn’t cope with him. He went to live in s big sanctuary and got a wife,so hopefully it calmed him down a lot. My little dog was glad she wasn’t his his sex toy anymore also lol.
well in some cases it's much safer for them. You really have to rabbit proof. Electrical cords, paint, carpeting, houseplants and many other items can kill them if they decide to chew them and most rabbits chew quite a bit. I have 4 and have had rabbits for over 40 years. It's wonderful to give them lots of space to run but their safety should be top priority over free range of the house.
@@neversabrina then don't have anything in your house that's toxic to your fkn rabbits!! It's not difficult to unnecessary proof, if a house plant is more important to you than your rabbits then you don't deserve to have rabbits in your care
@@jackwhitbread4583 right Jack, relax. Rabbits get into absolutely everything. To say “don’t have anything toxic in your house”, is quite ridiculous. I’m assuming the computer or phone you used to write this comment charges somehow? Or am I wrong to assume there’s electrical cables in your home? Rabbit proofing only goes so far. Keeping your rabbit in an indoor hutch at night is absolutely fine
This made me miss my Jersey Wooly, Murphy. He was a badass bunny. I love him so much. He passed at the ripe old age of 5. He was car and indoor trained not to pee or poop (he did if you left him too long obviously). He gave kisses, was verbally trained, he was just a really good boy. Rabbits are amazing creatures honestly. I wish more people would try them out and they’ll find out just how great they can be. They’re a lot smarter than people give them credit for as well.
A rabbit/bunny is a clean animal. They will always go to same spot to relieve themselves. I didn't had to train mine he just did it in a litter box and when you clean it everyday you will have no problem.
@@gabrieleghut1344 mine poops all over the place hahaha, but he needs to be neutered then it probably will be much better. My rabbit isnt really a classical petrabbit in anyway. One who would have him probably would never take a petrabbit ever again, he doesnt interact, he just sits on same mat all day long. But I love him nevertheless even if I get nothing back but a floor full off bunnypoop.
They are really part of you, that pure, loving part without any agenda that we stifle in order to progress in the world. When you meet the right animal then you become whole. I had it with a beautiful long haired tuxedo cat who ran to me in the road and adored me on sight, and me her, both the same star sign, etc. I attract many animals but not people, and I know why.
bunnies are not "only animals"...I've had three of them so far, each of them has its own personality, they may seem shy but then...they will rule the house making you the guest! I lost my pretty little Fragola (strawberry in Italian) of cancer last November, after 9 years together...I still miss her so much! the way she had of just sitting next to me and cuddle...she always knew when I needed her the most! she had a piece of my soul...and took it away with her forever
I love that you share breakfast together. Animals are great companions, they love without all the yelling humans do. Even the chores to take care of them like cleaning up poop and such are not as irksome because their company is like a warm blue blanket wrapped around our hearts.
I use to work into the night and get off late. I'd often have a late dinner at 4-5am. I miss coming home and my bun would come by me and sit there and eat hay while I ate. I always spoke to him. I miss the little guy everyday.
I will never not have a bunny in my life. I have rescued six in my lifetime, and each one has made me a better version of myself. They have shown me my capacity for love.

This guy changing his mind about animals is reminding me how I changed my mind about fish. I used to think all fish did was swim until my first pet fish taught me very very different.
When i was a kid i bought lots of fishes i love them so i feed them time to time until they died i was like what did i do wrong. It was because they were over fed 👁️👄👁️
I saw this vid of one guy who had a pet googly-eyed goldfish that got too big for its tank, and he didn't have room for a larger one, so he put it outside in his pond. The goldfish loved being petted. He'd stick his hand in the tank, and the fish would swim around his fingers and he would tickle it. It would get really excited when it saw him after a few hours of being gone and start swimming in circles and figure-eights to tell him it wanted attention. And after it went out into the pond, it would get so excited to see him standing on the shore that it would actually jump out of the water and beach itself to get to him. And it got all kinds of crazy-go-nuts excited when he waded into the pond.
My teacher had fish that could recognize him, when he walked by they would go to the surface expecting food, when anyone else walked by they didn't react.
I feel great joy seeing humans interacting with other animals as "equals". I wish the best of times to Chief and his dad. It's clear that Chief has a truly loving family.

Our house bunny was a fantastic pet, getting along with both our cat and chinchilla. He would sit in the kitchen and wait for some toast every morning, and loved a nibble of rich tea biscuit. He lived 12 happy years! Agree with you about animals being better than some humans!
I can totally relate to this guy. I used to feel nonchalant about animals. Couldn't understand why people care so much about them. And then I went into a pet store and my heart was melted right away by this little bunny.

That is the sad thing about bunnies is I have seen them go from playing and happy to passed away within hours. I have learned to love and cherish the time you have with them I presently have a 6 1/2 year old male bunny.
Yeah, I know what you mean. We had a rabbit and reached the age of 14. In one moment of playing and hopping around and the next moment heavily breathing and passing away in 15 minutes.
I’ve had several rabbits. They are very sweet and loving. But if they get sick, it’s difficult to treat them. I miss my rabbits. He’s a very handsome fella❤
Ugh I have a feeling they weren't feeding Nutzy properly and they didn't take him to an exotic vet. He probably was in GI statis and unless you go to an exotic vet they won't treat them correctly. He was giving him cereal which is why I think they weren't feeding him right. Bread is off limits for bunnies. They can easily go into statis when you give them food like that. Hopefully, they read more about bunnies and not get this new little guy sick as well.

This is really sweet. It makes me realize my own short comings as an owner and how I should improve. I had to give away my previous rabbits because I didn't have the space for them anymore. I didn't train them properly enough and I didn't have the income for all the nice things I wanted to give them. One day, I'll give a proper home to a lovely little critter of my own. And I'll make sure I do it right.
Alas that's the double-edged blade of sharing your life with an animal. They bring so much love and joy but such sadness when they leave. Sorry for your loss.
How wonderful is that?! His bunny must be litter box trained then? Also - for those of you who've never had a house rabbit (I have had 3 of them - in the past) - you need to "rabbit proof" your house. All electrical wires need to be covered - all cords - and other stuff needs to be covered or modified so the buns can't destroy them (and hurt themselves). This is such a wonderful story to see this man realize that his bunnies have personalities. Chickens and cows and sharks and manta rays - all animals IMO - have their own, individual personalities. It is really cool to see the bond between Chief and this guy. So sweet. 💞
I wish I could post a photo of my husband and our bunny Bean! I got her as MY therapy animal and he was reluctant. Didnt think the landlord would let us, thought itd cost too much, etc. Then he comes down with SCARLETT FEVER of all things, nearly dies because he refuses to go to the doctor the entire time and as he's in the ending stages of it breaking his fever that's when little Bean gets dropped off. I plop her on his chest and its love at first sight. Now six months later I think he wants to divorce me and marry her! They're INSEPARABLE. It is the absolute cutest. He has an arm full of "scary" tattoos like bats flying up to his shoulder from his bicep, "kill or be killed" on his mind bicep, an illuminati eye on his forearm, and a stylized bullet on his inner wrist, so from the tats you'd think he's a pretty hard guy, NOT WITH BEAN, he'll fall asleep with her tucked under that arm like a teddy bear and it just makes the funniest photo. This tough looking dude with "kill or be killed" tatted right over where the BABY BUN is sleeping soundly under his arm 😂it seriously is adorable. Animals change people so much! It opened a side of him up that even I didnt really know before and I've known him 10 years!! Oh the power of a cute bunny 🥰🐰
I don't know that much about rabbits but I know people who rescue them and love them more than dogs or cats. But then I love all animals. Thanks Dodo ...Cute story...Chief is a super cute furbaby too!
Animals give us the most pure love on earth. They never judge us, if we treat them with affection, they adore us with all their heart, without holding back, and live for us. We become their whole world, and their love is as giving and as pure as they are. There’s no malice, just innocence and purity. And every single animal has their own personality. Even birds!Even rats! Each a completely different personality.
I love my bunnies and guinea piggies so much too, they mean the world to me ❤️ and I am teaching my 2 year old daughter how to build a bond with animals, it’s amazing, every month she gets more understanding of their behaviour and how to treat them. She loves them and they love her back. Wonderful to see her with the pets ❤️
Undoubtedly the best way to teach a child about empathy, especially for those who need help and who can't help themselves. Pets, after all, can't really take care of themselves. They need us to do things for them because they're in human habitats rather than their own, and human habitats aren't the easiest for most animals to deal with. It's similar for people who have fairly severe mental and physical impairments that prevent them from functioning in a "normal" way. Teaching children to be understanding of others is an amazing thing, and it serves children well their entire lives.
It's absolutely adorable to watch them. Once a person realizes that all animals have a very unique personality there is no way back and one is changed forever. ❤
They often act more like a mixture of dog and cat, some rabbits are more of one than the other. My rabbit loved to cuddle but she wanted walks outside like a cat.

This is what a real man looks like. We have to stop teaching our male children the way of violence.
And Our household will never be the same🐇♥️💔
I am now thinking of getting one.

I will never understand why people think animals don’t have feelings or personality
Yes that's very sad. I think many people don't understand that animals are sentient beings.
Many people miss out on such a special bond, and don't realise the life right in front of their face.
Yeah people still eat them 😞
Makes it easier to justify eating/wearing/testing on them :(
Well, cause there are a lot of people who have never had pets and have never seen how an animal behaves first hand.
I hate when people say "it's only an animal".

Rabbits are actually so amazing.. I never really understood that until I got one. They are actually tame and love cuddles and playing with you once they build that bond with you. Each one have their own personality and it's beautiful once you get to understand that. And Happy Father's day to all the dads out there :)
Thanks gorgeous happy belated Mothers day if you are.. 😉 Estas muy hermosa mujer.
The Caribbean Gypsy you're SO right!! They're amazing companions!! While my nephew was in the children's hospital waiting on a new heart I bought him a rabbit to love on when I wasn't there he fell in love with Charm and I really do believe Charm is the reason he fought so hard and made it to the day he received his new heart..they're still best buds to this very day
Never had a rabbit but i had a guinea pig. He was my best friend but he sadly passed away.
The Caribbean Gypsy. Can you housetrain them? Thank you
he is king yes you can.
This is adorable. Any man that is so warm and giving is the best kind of man.
Makes me glad my son has a gentle nature with animals.
Bien sûr mais il faut penser qu'on les a rendus heureux.
My dad had multiple pets and still had that "It's just an animal" mentality. Legit he would do things that put our family pets in harms way. He let my sisters cat all the time and when he got run over he legit said "It's just a cat."
So it's not always the case with people who say that. I am just thankful that this man realized that animals do have feelings. XP
Humans are animals. So you don't really need to have a pet to understand they got feelings and personality.
I feel not enough people know that.
Yvvki your father was/is on the cold side that’s all. Not much feelings or empathy probably because of the way he was raised.
I judge people based on how they treat animals. I can't be the only one!!!!!
nah, same.

What about the ones who eat them?
@TheGodEmperorofMankind Yeah for real.. I mean if they dont like them because of a phobia ok but ppl that HATE animals... like, wtf went wrong with their Brain.
@TheGodEmperorofMankind Yeah..
If someone tells you "it's only an animal", just make sure to respond "you're only an animal too".
I do!
We're all animals, so...yeah.
Real love comes in many forms and when you have it, it's unforgettable.

Thumper and I have a strong bond, just like you guys.😄 He’s potty trained too!😂
I remember that feeling. Unfortunately he passed away, but now i have got 7 others
We had a rabbit.we loved him a lot,but he was a handful. He ate through 2 new VR ‘s. He ate a tv cable,Nintendo switch wire. He also ate the freezer wire.

This represents why I think rabbits are the best. And I love how he gives him free roam of the entire place as they never deserve to be caged ❤️
well in some cases it's much safer for them.
@@neversabrina how can i rabbit proof my house i dont have a rabbit but id like to know
@@neversabrina then don't have anything in your house that's toxic to your fkn rabbits!!
They do need a cage for sleeping and when you are at work. A big one though.

Absolutely agree ❤️
A rabbit/bunny is a clean animal. They will always go to same spot to relieve themselves. I didn't had to train mine he just did it in a litter box and when you clean it everyday you will have no problem.
@@gabrieleghut1344 mine poops all over the place hahaha, but he needs to be neutered then it probably will be much better. My rabbit isnt really a classical petrabbit in anyway. One who would have him probably would never take a petrabbit ever again, he doesnt interact, he just sits on same mat all day long.

@@satabra4 if u actually read the bible you would know that near the end of the new Testament the lord told peter that it was now fine to eat unholy foods such as pork. Im fine with vegans, its your choice but plz dont go rubbing false facts into everyone's faces to prove a stupid point
@@satabra4 and dominion means control. So if men wanna eat animals, so be it. Gn 👁👅👁
Grabnok The Destroyer it’s all good. Sometimes we just realize we can’t provide for a pet. So it just motivates you to do better
Yep, if you have time, space and money for vets/food etc, god for your pet and you. After years of having bunnies, I'm still learning
Grabnok The Destroyer I applaud your beautiful intentions
I get my daily dose of emotional tears watching a video from dodo
In accord! I can't have pets. I kick myself for subscribing! Okay, back to the Dodo binge! :D
I just lost my bunny last week...
I loved him more than anything in this world....😭😭😭😫😫😭😭😭
Same. I feel you. 🥺
@@anaro549 did you also lost your bunny??
So terribly sad, when we lost our two bunnies it was unbelievably heartbreaking 😢 Took a really long time not to feel so sad 😭
@@Marisa2604 I can feel the pain....😫
So sweet. 💞
Tom Palfrey The whole thing made me a tear up a bit! ha ha! It's just soooo sweet! Love this guy (and his bun)! 💞
2:47 oh my gosh THE SPIIINNNNN SO CUTE
I thought the same too. Imma bit surprised when he acts like a dog lol
Beautiful love between both....rabbits r very sensitive n loving... I love rabbits
Personas como tú necesitamos en este mundo, hermoso el conejito, se ve que lo amas por qué él también te ama, te felicito
"Don`t growl at me when i`m picking up your poop!" lol
My rabbit does the same thing 😂
I used to have a rabbit and I never heard him growl and I didn't know they can growl
Aww, what an amazing story. Thank you for sharing.
Hanna Holman The power of FUR!
Why does he have an Illuminati Eye tat?
That’s such a great story. It’s a beautiful thing when an animal comes into your life like that. 🐰
The tattoos are to hide his true personality. Cheers to him and the bunny. But three cheers to you!
I don't know that much about rabbits but I know people who rescue them and love them more than dogs or cats. But then I love all animals. Thanks Dodo ...Cute story...Chief is a super cute furbaby too!
Why don't you have soft corner for cows also ...Why you eat steaks and beefs , isn't cow a loving animal ?

Yes but we gotta eat.
How romantic, seeing a man who loves bunnies. Wish you both the best.
What a nice guy you are, a real prince of a gent.
It's absolutely adorable to watch them. Once a person realizes that all animals have a very unique personality there is no way back and one is changed forever. ❤
Rabbits are underrated pets.
As are Chinchillas
"His girlfriend helped rescue the bunny." In other words, one day his girlfriend showed up with a random bunny.

@@sally.7709 What do u mean 😒
I’m this girlfriend in my household 🤣
Ill do that to my future bf since im a girl and i cant wait to get yelled at (:
I think it took .5 seconds for this beautiful Man and his bunny to steal my heart..no lie ♥️
Cute cuddly little bunny who hopped his way right into your heart. 💖🐰💖
This is the first time I'm seeing a rabbit behave like a Dog❤
They often act more like a mixture of dog and cat, some rabbits are more of one than the other. My rabbit loved to cuddle but she wanted walks outside like a cat.
my rabbit used to follow me around on demand , better than my dog even xD ,he'd slide open his cage door (when we wouldnt lock it ;V) and travel the whole house at night, they're really fascinating creatures :) most people dont even realize but they make wonderful companions.
I have a rabbit. I’ve been patient and he is slowly warming up. SLOWLY. It’s been a year, and he is just now starting to come around. I’ve been on forums, and some people said it took two years for their rabbit to be comfortable. I just think people should know that their rabbit might not be like the ones in this video or take a while to be like the ones in this video.
Pheriba Lopez@ i think it sometimes depends how they were handled when young.
I've had my current rabbit for 3 years and he and my cat act a lot alike. Sometimes, he does act more like a dog, though. They're such unique animals.
We feel animals need us but truly we need animals . Their love is the best .
That is a man I would like to know, and is cute bunny too💜💞💜
Great of you to show that every living soul is special.
i used to have a rabbit in 2013 until it died in 2016 those were literally the best 3 years of my life, after watching this video i just remembered how happy i was with my rabbit i might get another one now!
If you consider getting one, please make it two. They're not solitary animals. Most rabbits are much happier with a compatible partner. :)
baby neena Also, it's freaking cute to see them interact. My rabbits are brother and sister. They've been together all their lives and I see them grooming each other every day!😊
mine lived for 13 years ;) before he died it was sad.
The cuteness!. I died over a dozen times watching this clip 😍😍😍
The more I learn about people, the more I love animals!
When a pet is your best friend, that's just so magical ❤ Animals are so smart and underrated. They give pure love.
