mistbeath elder in the pixie/hopeless nightmare decks would be pretty awesome. mistbreath can return your pixe every turn then you can replay the pixie to pick the nightmare back up and make your opponent discard every turn. add quirion beastcaller onto the field and she'll get a +1 every turn for playing the pixie.

This card will be completely unplayable imo. You could maybe flicker rat and sunfall the board and that could work. Otherwise don't really see it.
