I would suggest that you look at some of the artwork for Werewolf the Apocalypse, especially the Crinos form (a 9ft tall warform that werewolves can change into) or the Hispo form (another terrifying form that is closer to the wolf). This artwork feels very inspired by it and you can find some terrifying beasts in those books :)
