First Potteries ADL Enviro 300 VX54 MOV (67631) - Break Down + Some Vandalism

- Brake Down + Slight Vandalism (children hitting the bus and messing with doors) - Today we take a very short distanced ride on First's only Enviro 300 to have a gearbox from a Dennis Lance. The brake down was due to the acceleration braking. Our driver seems calm about the situation, despite children on Orme Road hitting the bus at some points, which can be heard, and opening the doors. When new, 67631 was delivered in a red overall livery as a heritage Midland Red West livery. It was BMMO livery. At 3:50, we can hear one of the times the window is hit and at 4:15. From 4:38, the driver goes on his phone to the engineers. 5:28, we see one of the kids board the bus. They think they've got away with messing about but haven't. Great video mate if i was the driver when that child ran on i would have closed the doors and made him say sorry teach the boy a lesson
Bus driver was very professional and did the right thing.
Ex First Midland Red as I have been on that bus once and it never fails when I was on it.
Couple of these are now in the West of England Bath and Bristol and still have the Stoke City FC advertising

Richards Bros TransBus Enviro 300s were notorious for this, especially SN03 DZL or getting stuck in gear was more common

This is why we can't have nice things ie new buses thanks to the youth of today all the double decks (Ulsterbus) are vandalised on the inside thanks to school kids same with our new Optare Solos

Perhaps your generation should learn some manners, discipline and also to speak the queen's English when in public. Phrases such as nah fam, no cap, wagwan my g etc as loud as possible on a phone while on a bus make my blood boil and literally make me want to smack each kid round the head. P. S I'm 31 and we didn't speak like this in my time at school harry
@@DOUBLEDTRAVEL I agree with Harry. Stop. I’m 17 would like to think I am well mannered and well spoken. There are nice kids as well as not so nice ones. But it’s their parents fault mostly - THEY are the ones that need to teach and educate their kids. The polite ones shouldn’t have to suffer and experience the same consequences and hate as the rude ones. I know there are several impolite kids, but that doesn’t give you the right to stereotype us. Maybe YOU need to learn some manners and understand that not every kid vandalises, shouts, and misbehaves in public. Sorry to have a go at you but you’re making my blood boil and make me want to smack you around the head.
