It's really amazing what this aircraft can do. Pilatus promised this kind of utility, and they delivered!

I helped start BRCMA in 1999. Been volunteer, staff and participate through it all over those years. Just returned after 3 weeks. It’s come a long way since a hole in the fence and half a dozen GA pilots. We had a lot of fun in those early years! Still rewarding in many ways. Loved seeing the 24 out there. But man, that place destroys everything…vehicles, gear, ego, relationships, career, etc

Cool footage. We operate Hawker 800XP/850XP's, Falcon 2000's, Challenger 300, and Falcon 900's, and have been working in aviation since 1989. I am also participate as a "Ranger" at regional Burning Man events in the Midwest. I never thought of jet landing there or have seen any footage of aircraft landing there from the pilots perspective. Thank you for sharing this experience. Pretty darn awesome, and the PC-24 is a pretty impressive aircraft for charter work.

Thanks for the ride! That PC-24 is a real beauty. Never thought I would see a situation where it was viable to fly such a pretty bird...onto a dry lakebed! Then again, I thought it nuts to drive a Prevost coach into such conditions.
Hey, this is part of the silliness that is only possible in America! Love it, man! Hell, not only possible, but you guys were working a turnaround for more customers. Absolutely fantastic.

Wow, I've never seen a runway exit taken at such a high speed. That runway only became visible when the plane was seconds away from the threshold. The PC-24 is indeed the Jeep of the skies, capable of flying in and out of dirt runways with confidence. Fantastic footage sir, as always. Looking forward to more.

The rules at 88NV are to exit the runway as soon as safely possible, to keep from tearing up the runway.

Our trailer is in your final shots with the StarPort in the background and "oval" trailer with "ribbon decals" Right next to us, hidden by out trailer, were the ATC crew. We are grateful to have ATC here this year! My husband and I were here as our retirement year after working decades at BRCMA, he is/was the Safety Officer. Thank you for a great video!

One of the Burning Man principles is Radical Inclusion, meaning everyone is welcome. What you do when you get there though, does matter. People are expected to be able to take care of themselves, clean up after themselves, and to participate. Unprepared whiny entitled spectators are annoying, regardless of how they arrive.

I've been to Black Rock dozens of times (never for BM) and I can't imagine taking a jet out on the playa. The dust intrusion has to be severe! Not to mention it has to be hard on the engines. Wow. I saw a Cessna 172 flip over trying to land there. The playa was too fluffy where he was trying to land and it dug in and flipped. Pilot was OK, but the rental plane had some scuff marks. There was no fancy tower or cut runway though. Wonder if Bruno's Country Club is still there.

The high mount engines help reduce FOD, but I can't imagine that it would help that much in dusty conditions.

After watching the Burning Man livestream all week, I wonder how you handle dust storms. There was some major whiteouts Saturday. Can you fly above dust storms? Is there a nearby airport you would divert to? If the dust storm starts to clear out how long to you have to wait for the dust to settle. Basically how do you handle dust storms. Even on a clear day like this video, I couldn't believe you would land at such a dusty place in an expensive multi-million dollar plane, and get all that dust sucked into the engines.

$60, but this flight was part of Burner Express, the charter airline the Burning Man organization themselves were operating.
