So funny thing Don - I just saw this video on Jeff's channel moments before your reaction showed up in my feed. Here's the note I posted over there - "Wow, that's a great one! Everything works so well together - the lyric, his terrific voice, the arrangement, and the video - perfect!". I've heard Jade before but I didn't know this song. Thanks Jeff for the super request and the shout out, and thanks Don for your great reaction! PS: After watching it again I'd go 9.5.

My favorite singers are Clint Black, Steve Wariner and Patty Loveless. I love that they are amazing singers, musicians and songwriters, but even more, I think they come across as truly good people, and I get that same feeling about Jade. Sad/serious music can be powerful, but what I really want is music that makes me feel happy, and I really appreciate those people that can make a bad day better through a song!

Very good song and video. Guy looks like Wade Hayes. His Wife is a Knockout! Lucky Fella. They appear to be a perfect couple and young family.

Thanks Don for the good reaction to Jade. The neat part of this video is that is his real wife. He met her when she was cast as his love interest in his first video for "Gt Your Name On It". The song was written by James Barker, Jonathan Singleton, and Travis Wood and released by Jade in 2021 on his second album 'Honkytonk Revival'. He cites Paul Bradt, Alan Jackson, Randy Travis, George Strait, and Shania Twain as influences.
