Just got my 9200e RC truck. I found out a little trick to sqeeze more power out of the RC. I bought an adapter that allows both batteries to be used at once making it a 3400 mAh battery. I ran it for a while and it ran great, lots of torque. I just made sure both batteries were charged the same and hooked up the junction adapter. The motor stayed the same temp as well for ESU..
It's a dual Dean's plug adapter from Team leagendary racing. I bought a Sonic 1/16 scale from Team leagendary racing and it came with it. If you can't find it anywhere, try Banggood or the Team leagendary racing website.
Hey Eddie N Eddie. Your videos are awesome. I bought the deerc 9200e, nice truck. Unfortunately, I got ran over by a real car, lol. Trying to buy a new wheel and tire. Do you have any idea where I can get a 7mm hex mounted tire for this truck. I have been searching for two weeks. Hopefully you have an idea. Thanks.
I got the same car and it has not held up after just a few weeks of having it. Something breaks every time I use it. Bent shock. Broken A arm. Broken drive shafts. Lost screws... so many lost screws.
@@eddieneddievideos7571 I just bought this. Cool truck. Did you mess with the adjustable shocks stiffness and placement at all? Trying to find the best setup because it does bounce more than I like.
@@rhull3939 I was actually able to take the shock apart and refill it with oil. It does say they are oil-filled, but I think it was done pretty cheaply if at all.
It's not fast at all for it being stock. Just changed out the ESC and servo plus I had a extra radio and receiver. Put in a 13 turn dynamite motor and 3s lipo. Thing is faster then hell.
@@fredricklindstrom837 Yes, go to Horizon Hobby or a Local Hobby Shop and just get a Higher Turn Motor. Stock is Probably a 20t or even a 25t ( t=turn). Just get one that is 12-15t. Any lower than 12 runs the risk of burning out the speed control ( the lower the number the faster it goes, the Higher the number the more Torque ). Or just buy a Motor and Speed Control Combo. This is technically a Hobby Grade R/C and Parts can be Upgraded and Swapped out for others as needed.
I got my boy one from walmart and this pos was not even remotelcy close to this Deerc 9200e and crazy thing is the crap from walmart was more expensive. Its criminal.

That is true, I am losing alot of screws... bought a kit that has all replacement screws from Amazon. That has help alot.

Loctite!
A Little Too Bouncy for there to be oil in the shocks. If there is, it is Super Thin (10wt?) and Should be swapped out for Thicker 40-80wt.

It is a very fast truck, 20mph
I'd say this truck definitely falls in the 20 to 25 mile an hour range. I'll have to look into actually testing that in some future videos

Brushless system is coming in the mail so I'm pretty much on it now
So you can change the motors and all that on this vehicle
