If you have a basic version of a building, say tailor, you can upgrade it to be the advanced version. This way you don't always need to build it as a new building. I would also suggest to pause half of the houses so they could concentrate on a few at a time. There is a tab in the ? At the bottom which shows you what seeds and animals you have discovered.
You can go to the building hut building and assign more workers in it,flax and ag crops and live stock get discovered over time sometimes u acquire some animals or crops from town hall ppl when u assign them u can trade by selling some goods and exchanging with the ship, Labours don't work on building or supplying buildings with materials they do work like cutting trees or gather stuff u order them to do,to increase the health u should invest some of the stone and upgrade all roads to stone road as that increases there speed movement and there health u should bathhouses and police station and clinic and church around the markets to increase there happens u got the flax u shouldn't make those two big fields as with a standard field u can get around 200 and that's a good amount to do clothes which help in the cold problem and traveling time yes increase that they get cold more could get sick I started playing the game when u did love ur videos keep the good work
love the series i think you should start again from scratch more effitiently and take it a bit slower... and btw you have like 40 building projects and only 3 builders. the laborers only move things dont build. and you dont have much laborers either.
i cant stress this enough HERB KNOWLEDGE research herbs will be a big problem til you get it meaning your citizens health will constantly be bad because they dont have medicine. once you have herb knowledge you will need to build nurseries which require clay, also you need to find herb seeds best way to do this is do a massive Gather plants order on your map. Pay attention to the blue icons above your event log these pop up when you fine new seeds, animals or get a new tech point. LOVING this series man!!
seeing him fall prey to the usual youtuber sickness... not reading what pops up and not trying to find out what the problem is.... how many build jobs are ther..... for 3 builders????? and then not realising there is a builders hut.... its painfull to watch
Love this series. It feels like apartments would be a good thing to avoid the frosted homeless people
Is there a builders hut type of thing? Maybe that’s why construction is slow?
i am pretty sure i remember from the first episode that there was something along those lines...and if i am correct he either ahs 2 or 3 builders.
I love this series so far, another great episode!

I was watching the homeless. They go in the house to warm up, but don't sleep there to get back energy.
probably like in Banished, the homeless enter homes to warm up and eat.
I love this game
