9:52 Oregon’s state tree is the Douglas Fir which is mostly found in the western part of the state (from the Cascade Range to the Pacific coast). The tree can be found all around forested/natural areas in rural, suburban, and urban areas though given how large it grows it really isn’t a tree meant for things like road median vegetation. In addition to it being an integral part of Oregon’s landscape, it also holds a great deal of significance to Oregon’s forestry industry and the state’s economy.
The layout of this city feels a bit more natural than some other peoples builds. The density isnt too vrazy and it feels like it could really fit in the Willamette valley. Glad to hear pines will make a appearance down the line
45:26 well för your problem there with people not getting charged when they park on the side of the road, you know you can just make that a policy in your districts. 😊
I'm half way through, around 28:30 but maybe you could try using a two lane road like vanilla but without side parking to give yourself a bit more space and also make the roads feel a bit less excessive. For the suburban areas and such Edit: with the backstreet at 42 minutes maybe an ally with the single zone parking space assets might have been an easier fix, that way you keep the road straight and don't have to move buildings, maybe something for next time Edit 2: at 50 minutes, high traffic areas like hospitals usually have side streets directly connected to main roads so that the traffic can be sorted rather than have parking entrances directly onto 40mph roads
Whenever you start with the Brian Town project, could you possibly experiment with circular highway exits when connecting it to Blackwater???? I think it would look nice
Hey, just want to let you know that you might've switched around this episode and the next in the series' playlist, as the next appears before this one Loving the series 👍
i am trying the same map...did the latest update break it...some OG areas (surface maybe) in green must have anarchy on? let me know if you have had this...
I love this series.
EDIT: I liked my own comment.
I noticed around 19:30 that the parking price for out front of your train station is $50, which is PROBABLY why there's nobody outside of it lol.

These roads with parking are really a game changer

I'm living vicariously through this series since I cannot play myself on my fricking Mac ):
Bought a basic pc just for this game during the initial launch. So happy that I did! Love my Mac but not built for gaming.
Conflict Nerd is a real Badman
(Cool guy)
by the cul de sac at the clinic u could paint a H on there as if its a place for helicopter to land
Oh I LOVE this idea!
26:05 i will recomend to build 1 or 2 more bridges across the river to reduce pressure on that one and for future exspansion across the river
For that space between post office and taxi depot maybe you should put a Gas station or something.
The return of Linden 🎉👏💖

Remember, you are in an American Map. You are kind of playing it European with lots of public transport and not so car dependent
Why keep anarchy on the whole time?? God I love this series and you are such a wholesome content creator BUT PLEASE, just turn it off!!!
