London Overground trains will soon be using platforms 7 & 8 once the extension to Barking Riverside is completed. And platform 1 used for London Overground trains operating to Gospel Oak. Also there were plans to extend the DLR to Dagenham Dock which might happen in few years.

Just a question : ... Where is the Tilbury Riverside hub that loads these Tesco containers bound for DIRFT ?

The freight facilities are in the docks behind high fences and security gates so no chance of filming. The new Tilbury 2 is the same.
