Most people who practice prefer less than 30 minutes for morning but you can always practice ANY practice in the morning even if it isn't specifically listed as morning OR feel free to add two practices that interest you together. Loved this sesh! When I began my yoga journey 7 years ago, which was about 7 years following my spinal injury. Initially Yin was my intro to Yoga, and not knowing any better, I practice Yin every single day! lol When I started, I practiced lot with Ekhart Yoga and the Saddle Pose was my nemesis! It took me an entire year to go from just kneeling to being able to lay completely back and flat with my arms extended above... ☺️

I am with you there Ryan - my first experience with the Yang version of Saddle (Supta Virasana) was really challenging but I loved how it felt afterwards so I kept at it and now, 16 years later, it's one of my very favorite poses to drop into and stay a LONG time. So good this practice. It is very cold in the morning and I feel sleepy.Due to climate emergency the temperature oscillation is big, from minus degrees to 15 or more throughout the day.. Thank you tp help me to wake up. Have a great day.
I really enjoyed this practice (I enjoy all of your wonderful videos). My orange tabby cat decided to sit on the computer while we were in child's pose, and I didn't realize it at first, so I thought, "Wow, this is a really long hold!" I finally realized he'd paused the video. 😂 Thank you for a beautiful practice!
Oh no! Mine do that all the time these days. I find myself holding yoga poses or Barre positions for what seems like hours (possibly only 5 minutes) because Link has gone to sleep on the computer and paused it! : ) Love cat helpers!!! Thank you for joining me and have a great week - Peace, Aprille

Hi Aprille, I just wanted to tell you I have been doing your yin practices daily and they have really been helping me! I bought some acupressure balls as well and they are wonderful, my foster kittens like little massages with them too! Lol Thanks ^_^
