    This guy didn't even take out his wallet from the back pocket or take off his belt :) On a serious note, though, this is just a warm-up, it won't help you if you have a serious CPPS, you will need a lot more challenging and painful routine - search for more videos on that and go to a PT who does trigger point release - including internal points in your anus (yea I know it sucks and it's painful as hell), but most importantly get tested in several good labs to rule out all UTIs / STIs, tests should include PCR DNA and cultures. Food allergies and anti candida diet also helps (no gluten, and diary products that promote inflammation).
