    Lentils fruits nuts.. mtlb indian diet is best..
    Avoid sugar and refined carbs and you are good to go

    no meal after 11 am, no fluids after 4 pm, and bed at 830 pm! WOW What a lifestyle!

      @@harrykrish9977 haha i wish! At 2:19, he says his last meal of the DAY is at 11 am and that he fasts till he goes to bed - 6 hr eating window - crazy right? :)
