Everything is great about these boots, very comfy and warm except it's very, very hard to exit, sometimes I get cramps just trying to get 'em off. I own 110, my friend owns 130 and has the same complaint.
Hi Craig, Great review as always. The boot looks awesome too, some great features. I have always liked Head boots. Good to see you back on RUclips, Thanks for the review. Hope all is well and enjoying the snow. 👍🎿⛷
Thanks Daniel! Same to you mate, hope all is going well. Pretty crazy here right now with school holidays and a big storm happening. But hoping to get some focus back to RUclips. :)
Hi Craig Firstly just want to thank you for the rad videos especially the Bootorials. Very helpful and informative. I live in NZ and unfortunately not close to a decent ski shop. I’m 6 feet and about 200lbs. My current pair of boots are Langes size 26.5 I bought from a boot shop called Surefoot in Canda back in 2008, maybe you have heard of them. I have troublesome feet to say the least. Very high archers. After watching one of your videos I’ve measured my feet. 26.5cms long 100cm wide Instep 29-30cm (the troublesome part) I’m looking at buying a pair of Head edge Lyt 130s. Again I found your review very helpful, cheers. My question is regarding instep and sizing choice. Given the wider last of the Heads, in your opinion should I buy a sized 26.5 as I’ve had before or should I go up to a 27-27.5? Cheers for being rad! Chris
Hi and thanks for a great video. I wonder if someone can help me to know about the difference between a ski boot Head Edge LYT 100 and HEad LYT X 100. What does it mean the "X"? Thanks in advance
Tough choice. It really is all about fit. Are you able to try both on and compare? I like the comfort of the Rossi, but the Liquid Fit liner of the Head is great for custom fitting. Both good, gotta go with what feels better on your feet.
@@PatriotFootbeds Thanks for that because I have 10 cm 'last width' pair of feet. I already have a pair of 10 year old 'Head Edge 10+' Boots. The 'Lyt' range of Head Boots are of a lighter construction and still cater for wide boot (last width) Customers. Happy Happy now, Cheers.

welcome back!
I have this boot, they are noticeably lighter than your average boot. Thanks for the review!
Thanks!
Thanks for the review. Looks like it could be my next boot
Thanks John, could be a great boot for you!
Head Edge Lyt 130 vs Rossignol Speed 120? What would you chose?
I’m 198cm tall and 115kg young stud with wide feet 😂⛷️
Tough choice. It really is all about fit. Are you able to try both on and compare? I like the comfort of the Rossi, but the Liquid Fit liner of the Head is great for custom fitting. Both good, gotta go with what feels better on your feet.
Are this boots similar to kore’s 130 in terms of geometry?
I’m looking for some frestyle/freeski boot but I don’t need all the extras that cores give
Hey Jakub, So this boot is much higher volume than the Kore, (wider and more spacious) so very dependant on a few factors for if they would work.
Which of the Head Nexo Lyt range of boots has a maximum of 110 mm Last Width?
The widest boot in the Lyt range is this Edge Lyt model. The nexo light is narrower.
