I don't know why he skipped that card, because it's actually not THAT hard for Six Sams to pull it off. But if Gateway ever becomes unlimited again, Six Shinobi could potentially become a (arguably minor) problem.
@@catisreckless4647 its probably because a combo to get all those monsters out is really big and prone to interruptions+trap being unsearchable. Thats my guess but i dont play 6S
@@duartefernandes6913 Very true. My point is that the deck can definitely pull it off reliably, the question is if your opponent is going to let you or not lol.
It only work on main phase 1 which means unless you have something to skip your battle phase, opponent can just set up on their main phase 2 hence why Summon limit see more competitive than breaker and also if you play sunmon limit, you can play other much better floodgate with gozen match, skill drain and there can be only one and since eldlich exist, there's not much space for field spell support for 40 card deck
There’s only two good ones and they’re both hit because they made too many good field spells, which this also conflicts with. A lot of archetypes like having their field out and they can still use Limit. Also Breaker still technically allows for that third summon so an opponent can make the choice if it’s to their benefit unlike with Limit which just takes that choice away from them entirely
Ptolemaus CAN skip your opponent's turn with 7 materials, but also remember that Azathot let it do the same effect with only 3. One day I'll make a funny Summon Breaker deck that flips over Metaverse when the opponent is at 2 summons. Depending on the deck you could even chain Metaverse to a card that will hit their third summon for maximum trolling.
There is Burning Bamboo Sword that skips your opponent’s main phase 1 when you activate another Bamboo Sword card, and it is a continuous spell so you can do it every turn. There’s actually a deck in Master Duel that combines Burning Bamboo Sword with Terminal World to your opponent’s main phase 2 as well. So they only get the draw, standby, battle, and end phases.
Amorphactor Pain is my favorite one of these, just because of how easy it is to access since it's a ritual monster. Drytron in particular can loop this card over and over again to completely prevent your opponent from playing when combined with Terminal World. Is it was less consistent than Herald? Yes. Is it also way funnier when you actually get to pull it off? Also yes.
If instead of Terminal World one used something like Thunder of Ruler, then it was as consistent as the Herald stuff. However the Herald stuff is simply better. Thunder of Ruler is accessible, thus everything could be done starting with only Drytron Alpha Thuban and Drytron Zeta Aldabha.
I use him occasionally in my draitron decks, mostly I dont use him he's an anti otk card for me, if I can get nothing else then that is what I do, in MD I play it in case of maxx c And I dont use it otherwise cause of its ED skill drain... I dont like using floodgates, it's unsportsmanlike

May I suggest top 10 cards that work on a topdeck scenario? As in top 10 cards that you want to draw in an otherwise completely lost position. I would have put the Six Shinobi on the list, because you can use it VERY easily on your first turn on Six Samurai decks, and the only reason it's not played, is because Six Samurai have SO many different options to outright FTK your opponent.
@@thecursed_1lordofcats738 it could make the list, but it's not strong enough for what I meant. I am thinking stuff that can turn the entire duel around, like topdecking Infernity Archfiend.

14:12 I remember once I had a duel where I kept using Fenrir to hit into my opponent's (pre-errata) Sinister Serpent. Fenrir would destroy Sinister Serpent to trigger its effect, and my opponent had only have Sinister Serpent and a DEF mode card that Fenrir couldn't attack over. For some reason I can't fathom they kept setting Sinister Serpent, so obviously I would attack it again to keep them from drawing, but I kept drawing cards that wouldn't help me attack over the other monster, so we kept in that loop for a few turns. It was fun.

I forget the name but one of the earth bound immortals,if placed in defense mode skips your opponents battle phase,it's unaffected by card effects too so if you play it with the earthbound immortal field spell that can't be destroyed while you control a level 10 monster then you can basically skip each battle phase,it also has a second effect allowing you to deal damage equal to half it's attack so with I think 2400 attack, you can inflict 1200 damage each turn even though it's in defense mode,it's just a bit of work to get out but the field spell allows a synchro monster to be used to fulfill the tribute requirements, that being said I don't think there is any way to search out the cards needed
What a coincidence lol I also like to see some honourable mentions in these videos, like a brief explanation of the six Samd card, I really enjoy your videos!
When I saw the writing on the wall on Substitoad, I made a ZA WARUDO deck that focused on getting Arcana Force XXI: The World, Light Barrier, and fodder onto the field for a turn 1 turn skip. Basically, a cheesier, worse win condition than Mass Driver. Was fun to play, though, and surprisingly consistent because of the Frog engine, but it was never going to be the competitive Frog deck when Driver and Frognarchs were around.

yo i got a sick idea for two new yugioh gamble support cards and I want opinion, card 1, gamble festival: this card would either be a continuous spell or trap card. it's effect is: as long as this card remains face up on the field, all cards without lp costs are now treated as gamble cards, you choose either a coin flip or dice roll and call a side or three numbers, if you call right the effect and cost of a card is doubled (ex: mst now destroys two cards or graceful charity adds 6 cards to your hand but you discard 4) if you call wrong the effect is unchanged however after every 3 card effects the most often used of the two gambels must be performed for this card, if called right the effect of this continues card is uncharted but if it fails the effect becomes if called right the effect is normal but if called wrong the effect is negated but the card is not destroyed (ex: if you play a spell and fail the gamble the card is just put face back down or is added back to your hand). this card affects both sides of the field and affects all cards, the reason it doesn't work on lp cost cards is to keep from defeating yourself like how solum judgment would cost all your lp for two cards or cyberstine cost 10,000 lp for 2 extradeck cards. this card would either be a continuous spell or trap card. it's effect is: while this card is face up on the field chose which positive and negative effect you want from a gamble card, you are garented the positive effect at the cost of the negative effect (ex: if you play dicphone you can chose to destroy one or two cards at the cost of 1k lp) if the negative effect contradicts the positive effect (i.e gain 1k lp but lose 1k lp) the negative efect is completely ignored every three gamble effects flip a coin or roll a dice and call a side or three numbers, if successful the effect is unchanged, if called wrong now the negative effects are garented with no positive effect until after three effects if you can get this cards positive effect of this card after three effects. if both these cards are on the field at the same time they can make any cards very powerful or be turned into potent flood gates if you were willing to take the risk.

Yata-Garasu's effect is so notorious that AI in the TCG's video games will surrender if they recognize that they're being Yata Locked. Tag Force on PSP even gives a unique text on the win screen, explicitly stating the AI "surrendered due to the lock effect of 'Yata-Garasu.'"
Adding to this, some, if not all Tag Force Games have one of its optional in-game challenges / "Achievements" be to actually pull off the Lock. Although the AI being programmed to give up is only to save time for the Player, because it will even do this if they have more Life Points than you could take off before you yourself would lose for having no more Cards to draw in your Deck.

Once per turn (quick effect), you may tribute this card to take control of one monster your opponent controls on the field until the end phase of this turn, then special summon this monster from your GY. You cannot attack with this card the turn use this effect. ATK/3600 DEF/5100

Cardcar D draws 2 cards and skips to the end phase so it'll probably be in the top 5
Or at least cards that lock yourself out of certain plays, like extra deck monsters, attacks, or drawing cards.
Solomon's Lawbook skips your standby phase.
@@frogstack7186 Top 1 for certain. This card is super good in so many angles. All 3 effects are amazing and the downsides are basically nothing. I'm surprised Dugares is not on the banlist, it's practically guaranteed I'll save a slot for him when I make a deck.
Wow I never thought they’d release Yata. Someone is going to figure out how to abuse it lol
I'm here for it.
I will applaud them.
Done
zombi deck maybe , i remeber a card that let a card attack directly once per turn
And it'll get banned again if that does happen.
This just makes me want to make a Mischief gimmick deck. The card is so unique in what it does.
That would, however, require you to play Valkyries.
And trust me, they are terrible.
Seeing Yata-Garasu after yesterday's banlist and Za Warudo after yesterday's episode of History of Jank is an amazing coincidence.
Top 10 Yugioh Monsters with the Most Fusions (Basically monsters with the most appearances as fusion materials for Fusion monsters)
''The Fallen of Albaz'', ''Elemental HERO Neos'' and ''Aleister The Invoker'': Allow us to introduce ourselves...
Arcanna 26
An unintentional Jojo joke(the voice actor ye man who used it was had the same voice actor as dio in Japan)
The one reason why coin toss cards will never get generic support to reduce their weakness
Genesis Omega Dragon is the most broken as its a boss monster that as long as you have pend zones to use, any attack or effect that targets it ends the turn
It’s gonna get butchered irl
Non target removal is a thing, so G.O.D is not gonna be too good.
just target it with one of your cards
That's why I hope it never gets printed
The value of spell speed 4 removal going up very slightly further again.
Neko Mane King was played as a tech card during Wind-Up/Inzektor format to try and combat the hand loop! That's an application I feel like wasn't really touched on.
Now i wanna see you pull off the 6 samurai turn skip with a gimmick deck
I don't know why he skipped that card, because it's actually not THAT hard for Six Sams to pull it off. Really the main hard part is getting to the card in the first place, because they can't search it out.
Id think Summon Breaker would be easier to use than Limit due to all the field spell searchers
It's specifically main phase 1.
Good catch at the end! Would love to see a video about the best cards to counter hand traps!
Wow, never thought I'd see the day when Yata and Change of Heart would leave the ban list
I see your profile pic, and sir let me tell you. You got a SSS Class taste.
I use him occasionally in my draitron decks, mostly I dont use him he's an anti otk card for me, if I can get nothing else then that is what I do, in MD I play it in case of maxx c
And I dont use it otherwise cause of its ED skill drain... I dont like using floodgates, it's unsportsmanlike
I saw the preview of your ban list video in the corner and was wondering if they actually unbanned Yata, then you eased my fears with including it as Number 1 spot. Then the "errata" in the end came.
What madmen. THE posterboy for banned cards aside from PoG.
Like Rank Up Magic The 7th One?
So top 10 heart of the cards cards?
@@thecursed_1lordofcats738 it could make the list, but it's not strong enough for what I meant. I am thinking stuff that can turn the entire duel around, like topdecking Infernity Archfiend.
@@shis1988 kinda, yes.
Top ten burn cards or top ten cards that give extra deck cards effects if used as a material
Everyone's favorite little bird yata has returned
You know I never really realized that you change the background to match the card you talking about like picking a background that matches the background in the card itself and now that I see it I love your videos even more showing me that you put alot of effort into your videos thank you
Amorphactor Pain is my favorite monster card at the moment. He's my spice for drytron lol. Love to see him getting some recognition.
It was fun.
Top 10 cards that tribute opponent's monsters. Stuff like Painful Choice or Kaijus or Teardrop
I saw many years ago like 2 honestly a drytron deck that used thunder of ruler and the #2 card on this list to basically set up a uno reverse deck. I wish I could find that list cuz it was AWESOME
The best video until now. Awesome content
I have some list suggestions of you don't mind:
Best Story cards part 2
Top 10 cards that show other cards
Top 10 cards that aren't in Master Duel
Top 10 stall cards.
Top 10 generic pendulum cards.
Top 10 "trap" cards. (Cards that seem good at first glance but aren't really that good.)
Top 10 parody cards. (Like how Weed Out parodies Return from the Different Dimension.)
Top 10 special conditions in the games.
More Rescue Rabbit, please.
How to have a lot of fun with classic bulk cards and weird card effects like this: Take 100-150 of them, make a cardpool and form two random decks out of that pool before every duel, basically creating a meme format.
I like your top 10s
I just love it when Yata Garasu gets number 1 spots. I just feel bad for the poor crow who has been banned for so many years. But now he has been unbanned
don't feel bad I can already think of combos that can abuse Yata and I'm sure someone already figured something even better than what's in my mind(Zeus with 4 mats and Yata)
@@roweginmendoza9703 ye but you need to get rid of the hand and im pretty sure Zeus is only for the field. Maybe something with The Law of the Normal. I bet you Logs might think of something 😉
@@the_commenter_of_your_heart yeah I'm thinking of letting them do their combo first that's why it need 4 plus mats but like I said someone will surely think something better
@@roweginmendoza9703 agreed with you on that part
Yatagarasu is back lmao, great timing
did you guys know: In Yu Gi Oh: Stardust Crusaders, Dio used The World's effect to skip Kakyoin's turn, and OTKed him.
Ofc someone had to make a Jojo reference... The World is based on the Tarot cards anyway, which existed long before Jojo even was thought of.
The funny part was when he first used in on Polnareff, and made him believe he can rewind time because he always was at the bottom of the stairs.
.... Dio just took him down every time when you think about that...
@@ValunarTonix bruh, Sartorius was literally voiced by DIO.
You should do cards that are great if you're opponent uses change of heart
I lol'ed at the ending. Although it was weird you were already working (well you just had just finished it) on this type of video.
Once played swords of revealing light against a Valkyrie deck - opponent ended up skipping my final turn for the cards effect, which in turn kept my swords on the field permanently
Hmm lol. That's actually nuts and really cool lol
Summon Breaker is a neat low rarity option in Master Duel.
"Top 10 cards to use with extra-foolish burial" ?
Keep up the good work, I play yugioh, wow and hs so ur channels are perfect :)
Okay analysis video! Thanks for uploading!
I wish I had these cards, I just changed up my deck earlier with booster packs I got at Dollar General Market while grocery shopping.
I play Amorphactor Pain / Drytron. Exactly what I needed!
Yata is back from the banlist now.
You need to make video using Yata so you win again with Yata lock
Love to know if you could make it happen within a deck not going to loose if you don't use Yata
You could boost Yata attack up alot using equip n field spells I guess
Love to see Yata lock played on someone
yo i got a sick idea for two new yugioh gamble support cards and I want opinion,
card 1, gamble festival:
this card would either be a continuous spell or trap card.
it's effect is: as long as this card remains face up on the field, all cards without lp costs are now treated as gamble cards, you choose either a coin flip or dice roll and call a side or three numbers, if you call right the effect and cost of a card is doubled (ex: mst now destroys two cards or graceful charity adds 6 cards to your hand but you discard 4) if you call wrong the effect is unchanged however after every 3 card effects the most often used of the two gambels must be performed for this card, if called right the effect of this continues card is uncharted but if it fails the effect becomes if called right the effect is normal but if called wrong the effect is negated but the card is not destroyed (ex: if you play a spell and fail the gamble the card is just put face back down or is added back to your hand). this card affects both sides of the field and affects all cards, the reason it doesn't work on lp cost cards is to keep from defeating yourself like how solum judgment would cost all your lp for two cards or cyberstine cost 10,000 lp for 2 extradeck cards.
this card would either be a continuous spell or trap card.
it's effect is: while this card is face up on the field chose which positive and negative effect you want from a gamble card, you are garented the positive effect at the cost of the negative effect (ex: if you play dicphone you can chose to destroy one or two cards at the cost of 1k lp) if the negative effect contradicts the positive effect (i.e gain 1k lp but lose 1k lp) the negative efect is completely ignored every three gamble effects flip a coin or roll a dice and call a side or three numbers, if successful the effect is unchanged, if called wrong now the negative effects are garented with no positive effect until after three effects if you can get this cards positive effect of this card after three effects.
if both these cards are on the field at the same time they can make any cards very powerful or be turned into potent flood gates if you were willing to take the risk.
Video idea: top 10 favorite cards for any reason! Artwork, effects, memories attached to it.
Perfect timing, it's funny that this wasn't even intended
You should do top 10 monsters with 0 atk. I’m curious how timelords do on that list
Arcana force xxI -the world
Was played on cimoo history of jank last episode
If you want to see that card in action then check it out lol 😆
I love cimoo series
You can't use break the destiny to add any destiny hero card. The card must list a specific destiny hero's name on it first before it can be added
my suggestion: top 10 level 4 [Main Deck] monsters with more than 2000 ATK.
This value for level 4 monsters has always been an upper limit and they usually come with creative conditions, such as Naturia Spiderfang (who gave me this insight), cool hand effects, like Adusted Gold, specific summoning conditions, like Lightsworn Wulf, Photon Thrasher or classic effects like Chainsaw Insect, and crazy things such as Jirai Gumo; and most recently we got Magicore from the Adventurer Token. These monsters sazonally see competitive play, such as Adusted, Wulf... (:
You can also use neko mane king on your opponents turn by using card destruction. Its a quickplay spell that discards 2 cards to draw 2 cards.
What a coincidence that you post this video after the new ban-list which limited both Yata and time seal
That Number 1 is SO FITTING... XD
15:17 Oh hey, Future Duel Logs from The Future Duel Logs realm...!
I wish Valkyries were a little better :( Mischief is such a cool and unique card. Their otk potential is great and all but the deck is so inconsistent.
Is it really an OTK if you use Mischief of the Time Goddess? I mean, technically, that's three turns...
I actually went against a guy using the ritual monster with drytrons in master duel once, he actually used those "bad" main phase 2 skippers you mentioned to skip both my main phases so even if I had my battle phase, I had nothing to battle with. I don't think I managed to draw into any outs before he killed me. I think you're really underrating those MP2 skippers, even if they are vulnerable to spell/trap removal.
He didn't say they were bad, just niche due to how vulnerable and situational they are, which is true.
Neko Mane King... Thats nostalgia among with Eye of Truth... ❤️😊
Yata-garasu: gets unban
TheDuellogs from the channel theduellogs duellogs: its real free state
That's pretty wild timing with the Yata being unbanned after all that time, RIGHT after making a video discussing it.
XD the background when Mischief of the time goddness.
Top 10 cards with YGO cards prominently featured in the artwork (rare value, card of safe return, etc.)
your timing is always impecable
It feels like a disrespect to not have Time Seal not on this list, given the card got about 4 cards banned, including OCG Victory Dragon.
Mischief of the time goddess is used to get past the Veil card that brings a bunch of valks from the gy/hand
I was just searching yt for a top 10 rank 4s video. I know a lot of people have done it but i kinda trust your opinion a lot due to personal experience with your advice. Also just love your content lmao. Would you maybe consider making one?
Amorphactor pain skip turn combo is insane on master duel. Incredible consistent and if your opponent doesn't have a handtrap they are over. Such a broken effect
Just in time for the return of our beloved bird boy.
Also 14:21 Isn't a yowie like an Australian bigfoot? Interesting choice to go with crocodile-spider for the design.
I had a fun idea for a new fusion version of a classic joke card:
_Three-Eyes Ultimate Shapesnatch_ (LIGHT)
Level 10
Machine/Fusion/Tuner/Effect
“Shapesnatch” + “Shapesnatch” + “Shapesnatch”
Must first be either Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned by sending the above monsters you control to the GY.
This card can make two additional attacks per turn, and twice per turn this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effect. Once per turn (quick effect), you may tribute this card to take control of one monster your opponent controls on the field until the end phase of this turn, then special summon this monster from your GY. You cannot attack with this card the turn use this effect.
ATK/3600 DEF/5100
13:32 " and the reason why this card is banned"
Konami just trolled duellogs with unbanning Yata and TS the day prior xD
We got yata and change of heart back. I’m really happy so far with the ban list ^_^
I was waiting for you to correct the record at the end of the video lol
No love for The Great Long Nose?
I mean... The name alone!
I really needed this to make decks to try and annoy my friends xd
This is convenient, I just made a pendulum deck focused on summoning Timeater and Amorphactor Pain.
I remember my " nephtys lock" before the ban of simorgh. When i pull off conisetently amorphactor pain Avramax And simorgh with the statut of course. Now i cant do this anymore in real life but i still can do this on master duel and rank to diamond every season cuz people dont know what to to against this.
