Three members of Moohwa Taekwondo Demonstration Team visited Korea back in 2012 and participated training sessions with the KTA Korean Natioanl Demonstration Team, K-Tigers, IT Highshool Poomsae Team, Shinhwa and Usong Dojang. The video contains demonstrations of the Kukkiwon Demo Team, Korea Poomsae National Chapionships, Taekwondo Hanmadang 2012 and Korean Championships in Kukkiwon.
