Wow it looks exactly like the one I just bought when I went to Japan. Incredible… I was at the airport and when I saw this brush for sale I had to have it cuz I learned it’s an important tool to mix matcha powder and it gives you that refined green tea finished blend. I was going to buy it immediately but then I saw a bundle pack next to it, it had a Sakura tea cup with the brush included. So I thought it was a good deal until I took notice, the brush I was going to buy costed almost equal compared to the bundle!! The brush was 2500¥ The bundle was 3300¥ I was like “no wayyy the brush is worth more than this beautiful cup??!” Now after watching this video I can see why and dayyyum the precise carving of a bamboo stalk and transform it into a brush was really well worth the price. I was afraid the fibers would break easily but seeing how the Japanese take their craftsmanship seriously, I couldn’t be more proud having one and know it’ll last a very long time. ✨✨
Stay Thisty Sake !!!! Watashi wa tsui saikin kōcha ni kirikaemashitaga, hokanohito kara manande kōcha inryō o kaizen suru no wa subarashī kotoda to omoimashita.
I had never really given this tool a second thought, but each one really is a functional piece of art. What really amazed me though is how every step is something you have to feel, and only through years of doing it can you develop that touch to be able to so perfectly shave the bamboo so finely and evenly. Very impressive! Very nicely filmed as well, as usual!
Respekt
That is a good quality tea whisks 👍 the details are nice now I have seen the one used to clean a wok an this bamboo whisks now. it came out great matcha beverage i want to try some day 😀✌️❤️
This is wonderful to see how the Japanese keep and maintain their historic skills, cultures and lineage. Huge respect. 🫡💖🇬🇧
I greatly respectJapanese craftsmen. They put their heart and soul in any trade they take up. Their professionalism is unmatched.
Yes.
Certainly.
Nobody does craft, engineering, beauty, and manufacturing like Japanese artisans. Their talents and designs are a gift to humanity

Certainly.
I love how we can see every step and the fact you also explain it. Thanks :)
It is amazing the attention to detail. The final touches to make sure each bristle is separate from the others. Amazing.

Very impressive that a craftsman can accomplish so much with one simple tool !

Que processo magnífico! Uma verdadeira obra de arte 👏👏👏
I thought it was over $100, and checked their online shop. Surprisingly it's only $20!! AMAZING!!
Absolutely mesmerizing watching this hand crafted artistry!!!🤗
Nice 👍looks like just one small mistake and you'd have to start over. I have to try one of these with matcha tea powder instead of just using a spoon.
Japanese craftsmanship is a moving work of art.
Certainly.
Beautiful, so strong and yet so delicate at the same time.
Very intensive work. But beautiful, though.👍👍
Great 🙏
Wonderful video. Congratulations to your channel. In my country (Brazil) we drink only coffee. Never tea.
Thank you for this very relaxing video.
Such beautiful work. Great attention to detail. Truly amazing results.
Beautiful accurate workmanship ❤❤ a real pleasure to watch the behind scenes
Oh wow. This is so precise and perfect
So nice work.
Bamboo can take on any shape it seems. I feel bad now just putting a Costco green tea bag in a mug with some hot water.
It is a great bamboo craft work.. Amazing !
Beautiful craft
I love Japan... I love Japanese.
Beautiful work friend 😊

The one consistent theme I see on these... Everyone has a really dangerous saw setup.
Stiff whisk....strong tea...🍵
Wow, goes to show that Japanese are innovative. Not to mention meticulous job done by meticulous people.
Japan rules.👍.

Gia truyền không biết bao nhiêu thế hệ mà nói. Người Nhật rất bản lĩnh 🇯🇵👍.
Certainly.
damn..no culture could ever..that's what you call quality craftsmanship.
🥰🥰👍
All that just to stir a powder into a liquid. Beautiful work.
