    Hello, Friends welcome to Handmade by Siri I’m your host, Siri. Today I will show you How to Loom Knit a Cowl.
    We are going to use the loom knit rib stitch for knitting the Cowl this pattern is very easy anyone can make this Cowl following the simple pattern. This pattern is great for both men and women, whether 5 years to 60 years. I think it’s classic and casual. so, friends, today I will show you

    • long loom or Rectangular loom,
    • loom Hook,
    • The yarn I’m using Red Heart Yarn in the below video.
    • Yarn Needle
    • Buttons 2

      I like the video it would be helpful to know the length and the rows I had a lot of trouble with to finishing it was hard to follow because you went so fast.

    Just to let you know I finally was able to finish I watched the ending 10 times before I figured out the closing next time you make a video try and keep your hands so I can see what your doing thank you

      I forgot to update! I made it in a dark red color with 3 brown buttons. It took me a few days (with breaks in between) but it came out beautifully! Thank you!

    How many rows did you do all together. Looks nice i love figure 8 it is easy when i was a beginner many years ago after ewrap i learned figure 8

      I did not remember how many rows I did but my scarf is 30 inches long.

    Hello, thank you for your videos and tutorials. I even downloaded your app. I am new to loom knitting and have dexterity issues. I absolutely adore this cowl, however I have not mastered the figure eight wrap on a long Loom. Do you have a cowl similar to this for a round of loom or could you suggest a series of stitches that I could do on a round loom to achieve a similar look. I really really want to do this. Thanks!

      Hi thank you for watching the video on a round loom I have the video coming up soon but if you want to try you can use any stitch and make a flat panel and put the buttons as shown in this video that will give you the look

    I love how yours turned out! I’m running out of yarn on my scarf project so this seems like a good option...for the buttons, you just push them through the stitching on the other side, right? 😁

    How did you double the yarn? Was there another bulk that I did not see? In order to use two strands, I mean.

    I found the video it would help to know the finish length and Number of rows also I had a lot of trouble following the finish closing

      you can use a round loom for making a scarf but this wrap method will not work on the round loom
