    From one baldy to another, this was the best review I've seen for this product. I have actually ordered one and looking forward to getting amongst it. Great video have subscribed.

    great little video, I brew myself using 5 litre Mini kegs system which works for me, but will look at this system as I like the smaller batch of beer idea, look forward to the cider one ..... well done Baldy

      I enjoyed using this and it worked well. Guessing I won't be as lucky every time. And me being a proper amateur at brewing, probably a lot is down to luck! 😂
      Maybe this takes a lot of the risk out of it though!
      Looking forward to the cider as well!
      Have a top weekend! 👍🍻

    Hi Baldy, great review. Ive considered buying a Pinter in the past.
    Issue i have is its alot of 'production' for not much beer.nif we were looking at 10 litres + id be more sold.
    Also, i'd like it if you could customise your beer, so it was/is more bespoke to you. As opposed to someone elses recipe.
    I think its a great idea, but is more a novelty!!!

    • @BigBaldReviews
      @BigBaldReviews  6 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah, I see what you mean. I guess you could still use the Pinter for your own creations though, or even add something to some of the more basic recipes! Personally wouldn't have a clue so won't though! 😂
      Hope you're well chap! 👍🍻

    Looks like the Pinter 3 is coming to the US! I am still debating whether to get one. Wondering if it will having staying power and be around in a few years.

      Yes, I've seen this! Think it's still early to say, but they've certainly made a good go of it in the UK so far! 👍🍻

    It looks like a lot of work for a few beers. And it is really a good deal? At £1.70 to £2.20 a pint and the work needed, i am sure i can get better for the same money or less from the supermarket. Then its the space it takes up in the fridge for 5 days. Good video i think i will stick with what i know 👍

    I want to get this as a gift for my father he lover beer like most people he in summer drink corona beer, stella. Would this be a suitable replacement for him to try and is it worth leaving in machines or going the extra route to bottle it

    • @BigBaldReviews
      @BigBaldReviews  2 месяца назад

      If he'd get some enjoyment out of brewing it as well he'd love it!
      Depends how long it'll take you to drink it and how long you want to keep it in your fridge, if you've got space for it!
      Bottling it isn't easy, but obviously gives you longer! 👍🍻

    Really interesting. Would love to see how well it does with a clear beer as "hazy" can hid a multitude of sins

    Interesting content 🙂. I have been considering getting A Pinter 3 for a while. I need to try this, as Perfect Draft kegs are good, but expensive

    • @BigBaldReviews
      @BigBaldReviews  6 месяцев назад

      It's obviously a lot more work and there are storage considerations. But if you can overcome those two things, this can be a winner!
      Like you say PD kegs are expensive! 👍🍻

    Great video! My wife and I just ordered one for us to brew here in the US. Can't wait to try it out! How did the bottling work out? Did it still taste as good or close? Cheers!🍻

      Thanks! Hope you get some good brews!
      5 of the 6 bottles tasted just as good. The 6th was probably 3 weeks after bottling, not sure if that made a difference 🤷 but generally really good! Needed those carbonation drops though I think! They all had just the right carbonation! 👍🍻

    Hey Baldy. Been a follower of yours for ages. This was a great review. I’m a PD guy with a pair of sub cold fridges to keep me kegs pre chilled. My question is how have you kept this cold. Was it in your bar the whole time you left it after brewing? What was the temp like when you came back 5 days later ?

    • @BigBaldReviews
      @BigBaldReviews  6 месяцев назад +1

      Cheers!
      I've got a sub cold fridge in the bar as well, so this is where I would usually keep it.
      That said, when I tapped this it was only 5 degrees in my bar and it was reaycold for a couple of days, so it was fine to just be left out. I'd keep it in the subcold usually though 👍🍻

      Always with checking the pipe, make sure your glass is 45 degrees on the pour and pour it as close to the glass as possible with touching it. Make sure it's down to temperature as well! Go full down with the handle as well. The first pour is always lively, but should be ok after that!

    Good vid thanks, How is the alcohol content of the beer? , do you feel you are getting the full 5%.Have thought about the pinter before but my worry about buying this is getting watered down juice.

    • @BigBaldReviews
      @BigBaldReviews  6 месяцев назад

      Yeah, that's a good question! Not sure it did quite taste 5% would be interesting to measure it!
      It was a cracking tasting beer though, so not too bothered! 👍🍻
