YO, Ronnie thanks to all your videos I FINALLY bought myself an electric longboard!! Honestly the most fun I've had long boarding in my LIFE, and I've barely done anything. Awesome videos man thanks for helping me make my decision!
I ended up buying the Lycaon GR when it was on sale for $400 it’s currently $460 you can get up to 18 miles of range with a top speed of 23 mph I’ve gotten mine to 27 mph
Wish there were more reviews and range tests for the 2wd version. So far after watching countless reviews the one consistent complaint or issue is the lack of range.
I am defo no pro but I know a thing or two and I can say that much, going for a 2wd version will give you around x1.5/7 ish range, so almost double but not quite. Reason being less power being used (2 motors instead of 4) pretty self explanatory. Hope it helped you choose!
Ronniiiieee!!!! Another great vid! Love to see you ride 🤙. I'm bummed out about the pricing and the range. So curious how the 2WD street setup would perform 👌🤙
Yo! Good to see another vid from you! Just today I received my first e-skateboard (Zealot s) in the mail, you were a huge factor in me jumping into the electric skateboard hobby. Keep up the awesome content, almost to 100k subs! 🔥
I know this video is from last year but with Pneumatic wheels, you can achieve up to 29 mph (47 kph) which I was able get. With their new 28T pulleys with 90mm wheels, you should expect to get 37 mph in top speed (60kph) on 4WD configuration. AT boards definitely needs independent suspension system. During group riding which I had 90mm with 28T pulleys setup, I got about 15.6 miles. It wasn't bad but agreed that it needs bigger battery.
Damn… seems faster than I’d want to go. Prolly going to pick one of these up, but 2wd. I saw some comparisons with other boards and this did very well on hill climbs compared to other boards.
As always love your videos! Some of the best out there. I am getting my channel off the ground and use your videos for ideas all of the time. Thank you!! Quick question, what wireless microphone are you using for your 360 cam?
13 miles 👎🏻 I waited a long time for this board what a major disappointment !! Guess I will have to build a DIY board ..... demon 2.0 ? Why don’t you review that board ?
Feels like Exway is trying to step into the gap that Boosted used to hold with their pricing/marketing. There's a lot of things to like about Exway. If they boosted the range near 20 miles and sold a similar config near $1500 it'd be an insta buy.
At 12:20 you mention how drastic the board slows down when you release finger from acceleration trigger. That is because it has regenerative braking 🤙🏼 so all that energy goes back to the battery
Hello. Thank you for the good content) I ask you to give good advice, I weigh 110kg, do you think the Atlas will help me? The range of 20-25 km with my weight will it be possible to drive? Won't the board sink a lot? Thanks.
Can you try it with the 2WD version and see if it actually gets a longer range as it claims ? I also ordered the 2WD for the longer range so I’m curious 😂.
@@fiachrabrowne8299 if it’s anything like their other boards not easy. Also that’s what another reviewer talked about 4 to 2 easy, to do. 2 to 4 not easy to do.
@@Intuisean My thought process behind it is start with the 2wd and once I get bored get the street wheels or the extra motors. That would be a shame if the battery wasn't easy to swap
@@MinaAcsente darn. I was always treated like an adult, that sucks. I guess from a legal standpoint to go this fast on an motorised thing here you gotta be 16. Of course these are illegal anyway so whose to say what's what. If you have the money just order one and stash it 😋. But be safe and don't get killed
Would I be fine riding this board at about 250lbs with gear? The max load listed on exway's website says 220lbs, but I have also seen that exway had been tested at 300lbs. Just confused
yea iv said it on a different atlas review. range is very disappointing . if u want a 4wd board, best go for a true mountain board with the battery to back it up. good stuff as always tho bro

@@relaxation2380 I don't disagree with what your saying. That's why I think straps should be an 'option'. It's good to have different customization options to suit different situations.
A bit misleading - if you get the 2WD model using street wheels model you are going to get 25 miles. If you ride 4WD on all terrain tires over grass at high speeds you are going to kill your range.
nice that it exist , but at this weight ,this high price , low range and no suspension , make it not so good offroad as well not city friendly , unless you want to race with it I find it a bit useless , I would rather buy and race with a meepo AWD since its has way cheaper price . would be nice to see them both on a race atlas 4wd vs meepo 4wd : )
I’m surprised that with these wheels the 4wd model can only do around 32mph. I’ve hit 35mph on my flex on 105 clouds, granted that was a very slight downhill but it will cruise at 31mph in a straight line all day. I figured with the larger wheels and extra motors this would be faster. Maybe the rubber wheels eat up some of the power? Who knows.
The problem with Exway is customer support. I you have a defective board good luck, the warranty is fake advertising. They just send you an email with a step and then another email, and another, etc. The battery of my Atlas came defective and they don't want to replace it. I don't recommend anyone to by Exway board is a waste of money 💰.
Yes believe it or not you also have to fill up the tires on a $1,000,000 car too🤣 airless tires do not perform as well as pneumatics. Unless this was sarcasm my bad
