Hey everyone Diavolo here and in todays video we go over the ENTIRE perfect preparation arc from Jujutsu Kaisen, this arc follows the aftermath of the shibuya incident up with just the BIGGEST DUMP of insane information that we have gotten so far in the story. We also follow Maki on her path of retribution against her family and FINALLY meet the 3rd and FINAL special grade student from Jujutsu Tech, that being the actual GOAT Hakari Kinji!
In the next arc we will actually get into the currently running CULLING GAME!

Maki went from being some cool lady side character to hype personified. HIKARI STEPPED IN AND STOLE OUR HEARTS. Yuta the INFP introvert weirdo is Mr. Steal your girl and kill your everything. This Manga does character development so damn right.

Ok sorry Maki was also hot and confident in original form, but now any direct sexual appeal exists but is just eclipsed by badassery personified. Great work to do really impressive scaling against Toji. I feel like this was Might Guy, being an alt type of non magic/physical power, but the Naruto series fumbled the bag compared to this.

Just realized that Yuta and Maki are both incredibly strong but for completely different reasons. One has limitless cursed energy while the other has none.

One thing that has gone so unnoticed is that Mai, who has the power to create with her cursed technique, asks her sister to destroy once she's complete. I think that it was the actual peak of twin parallels from the two of them

It really strikes me how Mai's end, while tragic, is a perfect allegory for the roles of women's role in Zenin clan. She was just brought there, possibly called in and had to obey. Didn't know the reason probably, didn't have anything to do with all of this. They only needed Maki and Megumi dead, but dispatched Mai too, because "it was the perfect opportunity for that". Thus, Mai in this whole ordeal had no agency at all, probably nobody even explained why she's suddenly being attacked and cut down by her father.
The "soul talk" with Maki and making a weapon for her was the only thing Mai's managed to do to clearly and fearlessly defy the family and the system she was born in and hated deeply. Like, there's no real punch line in this comment, I'm just appreciating what we've witness even more as time passes.
Honestly, R.I.P. Mai. Throughout the whole manga she didn't have a courage to stand up to her clan and only acted against Maki and her peers but in the end, she's managed to find something beyond in herself. I will remember her.

This is such a damn good arc. The concept of cursed techniques was always confusing to me, especially in the beginning. Maybe it was the translation I read, but it’s crazy how Gege is able to continue to weave such complex narrative concepts & still keep the story this engaging. Usually with a lot of manga/anime you’re able to guess what’s gonna happen bc of typical tropes. It’s been a very long time since I’ve read a story like JJK that is 100% completely unpredictable. He really struck fire with this one. Great work as always Diavolo 🤞🏽

Allowing Angel to play is probably one of Kenjaku’s plans. By revealing a curse technique It strengthens it, and with this concept i’m sure there is something like “allowing a player who can destroy the game, allows x, y , and z to happen in/to the game” So in other words by allowing a weakness to his plan it would strengthen the effect of some part of the game itself or it’s outcome. That’s the only reason I could assume he would do this. I guess the other possibly is she is extremely loyal to Kenjaku and if someone had a technique that could possibly disrupt/cancel out the game then she could be used to cancel that from happening by destroying whatever technique it is that would cause that to happen.
Biggest brain thing I never thought of fr. The stronger sorceres who pose a threat boost the power of it. It's definitely something I can see being the case.
Toji was so good at understanding techniques, seems Megumi has that skill too.

Hands down best review on a story line. Great voice, good break down (I can see you were trying not to do too much, it worked), relatable tangents. Please do more manga, I would suggest solo leveling not a lot of people talking about it and it’s finished so you can expand on scenes like in this one

The issue for tengen becoming one wth the world is that he's evolved beyond curse and human alike. Though Kenjaku has a body that has a multitude of cursed techniqes (due to uzumaki), Tengen could have a second or even third part of his technique that was hidden until he failed his resurrection. That said we really don't know who's stronger between the two, but what we do know is that Kenny has his own agenda, whilst tengens self awareness and motives may only be a facade the will of the planet is showing to keep the sorcerers on his side (temporarily) until they are all dead or weakened to the point they aren't much of a challenge.

I didn’t realize I watched this one already but the transitions got a lot better, im still learning about the stages of epilepsy but for mine, this video felt a lot easier to watch than the demon slayer video with its transitions. What do you think about gojo becoming the villain after being unsealed? Like being in the realm drove him mad. Sukuna knew this would happen hence why he plans to use megumi to get rid of gojo. As it was started the previous ten shadow user and six eyes killed each other. Sukuna would then be free to reign over the chaos.

Something small but would be extremely helpful if you could put the chapters the videos start and end on in the discriptions. Atleast for these larger dives. It’d help greatly to gauge how much you’re going over and how far you are from the current point of the manga.
