The Atoto manual that comes with the F7XE does not give detail on how to connect the Front Camera to the head unit, this video shows you how to do it.

Nice ideas, I like the idea of covering up the aux cables with the shrink wrap.
But 2 things;
1) I wouldn't wrap the front camera cable over the other tubes in the engine compartment like that. You could always use the bodys tabs, body holes, and exposed bolts, using zip ties. Keeping along the fenderwell area. Once you need to do some service work and some hoses need to be replaced or moved out of the way and you have this wire semi/permanent there unless you detach from reciever and undo it again, it will be a pain to work in the engine compartment.
2) That front camera placement is looking to get hit, or ripped off. I would tuck it in either the grill above the license plate, or the one under the license plate, but you will get more rocks and debris in the lower area under the plate. So that it's not protruding out as it currently is. More low profile.

Good idea on 1, and I can't say I disagree on 2 either, the camera came with a bracket and I didn't see an easy way NOT to use it :) Since I did it I hit it in the garage once or twice and had to bend it back into position! Thanks for your comment!

Very kool, im actually picking up the same head unit F7 xe, I have a question for you, can you use this setup as a DVR, is there some sort of option in the headunit for this? Any chance someone knows?

Hi Jose, I don't believe that's a feature of the F7XE, there another more advanced model that does have the DVR camera option though the DVR camera installs in the cabin behind the windshield.

were you able to map your steeringwheel volume controls?
my 2002 accord steering wheel volume buttons would not map tp Atoto F7G2AWE

Unfortunately the 2001 Accord EX didn't have steering wheel volume controls
