Woo Hoo, another update! Ok, a couple things about it, a lot actually, I love you that you don’t have some crazy intro and just get right to it. I respect the video editing and close ups of your work, that you don’t repeat yourself, ever, and the change in music occasionally, and video length is perfect for the work being done IMO. Keep up the great work 👍
Once again the video quality is absolutely amazing! That bike is coming along really well and I can’t wait till it’s finished! It’s sad that ken block died. He will be missed.

It’s honestly comes in clutch soooo many times. Usually I don’t reuse any dowel pins that need to be removed by it, but It really helps to not mark up the matting surfaces. In theory though you can use a light buffing wheel to knock any of the corrosion off and reuse with some anti-seize

Great feedback! Getting a new mic for the next video, but are you talking about the music volume during speaking or overall? I try to cut it down low, but it’s difficult when you don’t know if someone is watching with their phone or with headphones. Plus, different songs are created at different audio levels. Definitely will keep learning and trying to improve so I really appreciate the feedback. Also, Cam is for sure my inspiration so that could not be a greater compliment!

Wow that is awesome to hear!! This is a Sony ZV-1 and editing on Apple software “Final Cut Pro” The zv-1 is a pretty compact vlogging camera that shoots in 4K
Excellent question! I didn’t show it, but I deep cleaned this case and followed that up with compressed air to blowout all the passageways and bearings. Plus, using that glass cleaner greatly reduces any airborne dust by trapping it in the suds. And lastly, it’s 400 grit sandpaper so the impact to the bearings will be minimal and short lived once the oil flushes everything out completely after the break in fluid change.

Sanding over bearings that will be in operation? Are you worried that grit will get inside those bearings?
