    Wish you had more light or I had better eyesight lolol
    I’ve overhauled Cummins old DD and about every auto engine and small engines but not atv yet but will soon and it is this engine

    'Thanks for doing these video's. I own a Vinson never had to tear it down like this but the video's are so great to see how I will repair things in the future if necessary. One thing I am currently working on and struggling is getting the TDC plug out, I'm afraid to latch onto it with a power tool, and can't seem to turn it out. Is it a reverse thread??

      No standard lefty loose. It gets seized some but a quick jar should unseat it. Just seat allen socket well.

    What are you torqing the valve cover on a 500 Vinson at?

    Your going off mark on cam gear for timing? I understand top dead center mark... but the mark on the cam it self, there’s another on the other side?

      they have to both be lined up the timing mark and the mark on the cam. there is a mark on the cam where the cam gear going on its a line with a letter or number under it the letter or number goes down and the marks go horizontal
